Was told by Matt S. that I had an older plan not even offered anymore and that by upgrading to the new phone/plan I would end up paying $5 less monthly. I had to trade in my old device and sign a new three year contract with Verizon. This seemed like a no brainer to me, but whenever something is too good to be true it usually is. Instead, my bill has increased by $5 monthly and I am stuck in the highest tier plan. Their staff takes no accountability. Read the many 1-star reviews and find a corporate Verizon location.

She took the time to help me choose the right phone, explained my plan upgrade clearly, and made sure everything was set up before I left. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the experience even better. Great atmosphere all around.
