The whole team worked really well together, and everyone was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Carlissa was amazing and couldnt have been more patient. I was having a hard time understanding some of the details with my plan and she really took the time to help me and never lost her patience. She took the time to help me choose the right phone, explained my plan upgrade clearly, and made sure everything was set up before I left. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the experience even better. Great atmosphere all around.

The store manager yelled at me on the phone and called me ignorant for voicing an opinion. Attempted calling the customer service line with no help. Similar to the other 1-star reviews on here. Go to the corporate store at Southglenn or Lone Tree. Save your money and time.
- CCChrisDec 22, 20251.0Went into the store after waiting on hold with Verizon numerous times and giving up. Told the sales rep that I needed to save money on my calling plan. He told me there was a plan that was $25 less and the only difference is that the speed of my internet would slow when the network was busy. I agreed to change plans and also added an additional phone number to my account. After leaving, I started noticing a substantial difference in my speed. It took me three 45 minute phone calls to get through to Verizon. They told me that the plan I was changed to was 4G, not 5G. The sales rep lied to me. Not my bill magically has gone up over $30 a month and they cant explain why. I feel very cheated and I plan on escalating this. Fraudulent and unethical business practices

While attempting to pick up an online order, my wife and I were treated as second class customers because we "didn't buy through them". We were intentionally misled, then told we were SOL when we called it out. A representative condescendingly pointed me towards the front door to "prove" that I wasn't at a Verizon store, I was at a "Cellular Sales". The store is entirely Verizon branded, including the 20-foot illuminated sign above the front door. This store uses Verizon's brand and "authorized retailer" badge to get you in the door, then they distance themselves from Verizon to avoid accountability. Read other recent reviews regarding the "customer service" that other folks have received here. Look for a corporate Verizon store, where you can expect a modicum of customer service. This place deserves to go out of business, which is exactly what would happen if they couldn't hide behind the Verizon brand.
