When I inquired the woman told me that there was a promo goin on and that I could get a new iphone16 for only the price of the tax. I thought this was too good to be true so I asked multiple times if I did get the new phone if my monthly bill would go up, each time she said no. She also told me I wouldn't have to trade in my old phone. All of this was a blatant lie, my next bill came in and it was more than triple (fees for the cost of phone, a protection plan I didn't ask for, and random other fees). I went back to the store and another rep assured me the $1,000 promo would be credited to my account in the coming weeks, it wasn't. I called Verizon customer service, they had no record of any type of promo being mentioned on my account with this purchase. After over an hour on the phone they worked out that I could get and $820 promo if I mailed in my old phone. Very frustrating experience and the worst customer service I've had in a while. Avoid this store if you can. I hope to leave Verizon asap.

Even though the woman that set up the account was very new, she was very polite and helpful throughout our entire time, setting up service, and she was very honest on admitting that she was new and didn't know much. I believe the gentleman was the manager, and I absolutely adored him. I wish there were more people like himself and gunnison i'm in an interracial relationship. So people who are accepting to my family always get a 5 star. I wasn't treated like an animal. I wasn't talked to like I was stupid. They set everything up for me. I mean, they offered to do everything for me. And my family, I have 0 complaints, and I would recommend going to this store any day.
