  I called about a tv repair. Don’t waste your time if you don’t have their insurance. You can’t get a tv fixed without buying a service plan/protection plan. It’s a simple problem, I shouldn’t need to buy an ongoing service to get it fixed. Dumb.

  The staff at this Geek Squad are always helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to work with! (I have heard the horror stories from other Geed Squads, but the group here in Greeley are always awesome!) We have the total tech support program (which I highly recommend) and with all our PCs, and laptops that our family has, we are there multiple times a year and always get great service!

  Poorly trained employees. Took in a surface laptop 2 I had recently bought at this store to get looked at, and the worker couldn't even find the power button to turn it on! She also could not figure out how to turn off a bluetooth mouse. Not a good sign when you have someone work on your computer. They proceeded to tell me that they couldn't do anything about it without the geek squad protection plan, even though my manufacturer's warranty is still valid. They were no help with any suggestions to resolve the issue either. Overall I was very dissatisfied with the service here.
