  Amazing people! Great great customer service, I don’t care about the bad reviews because at the end of the day they were amazing and so helpful!! Will be coming back again! Also you can’t expect them to be all bubbly if you guys walk in with attitudes 😊 thank you to both of the young ladies there!

  Do NOT trust this store with your trade in phones!!! My husband and I brought in our 2 iphones and handed them to a rep on 11/10/2025. She said theres no return receipt and we are good to go. On 12/16/2025 we get an email from Verizon that our phones were not turned in and were set to be charged over $2k. No record we were even in store on 11/10. We go back in person and see the same rep. She takes out a pile of phones from the front drawer and asks if any are ours based on appearance. They werent. She goes to the back and pulls out a box full of more phones and starts suggesting which ones could be ours without even checking serial numbers. After I suggest turning them on to confirm serial numbers, we end up finding our phones. She confirmed they will be sent in tonight, as a matter of fact they send out boxes EVERY NIGHT! For whatever reason she blamed a terminated employees fault that our phones sat for over a month in their store. Again, no receipt or tracking number. I had to take a picture of their ipad that shows the trade in was initiated. She said “dont worry, if they charge you theyll credit you back when they get the phones”, m’am NO ONE wants $2k taken out of their account right before christmas and wait for a credit just because you cant do your job right and send our phones in the day we handed them to you. Theres a whole pile and a box full of phones in that store that are just sitting around for whatever reason !! Huge lack of accountability. Major organization disaster.

  The sales representative Payton A was great he was able to help me out in getting my phone and services. Asap no complaints we need more people in stores just like him

  Verizon offered me a free phone When there to pick it up and was told they had sold it to someone else. I showed the lady the email I had revieved stating they would hold it. The lady was rude and just told me there is nothing they could do about it. I'll never go to this store again.
