  I've had two lines with Verizon for more than 20 years. The staff were genuinely friendly. They make an effort to help you get what you need. I have no issues with the staff. However, I came in to get help restoring my phone after it was accidentally factory-reset, NOT to buy (or get a "free") new phone. A huge amount of time was spent trying to hard-sell me into getting a new phone (or two). I'm not "high-tech challenged" at all, but I have older phones that still work more than good enough for me, in every way, at the present time. After all the time with the sales pitches, getting info and being given a quote, I THEN was advised that the staff DIDN'T, in fact, know how to restore my phone data from Verizon's cloud! That I pay extra for! I already knew how to recover my lost Google stuff from their cloud, that was pretty easy, but I had no clue how to restore my lost texts, voicemail, and phone logs from Verizon's cloud. It ended up being a long waste of time at the store. It doesn't make any sense why a Verizon Store employee doesn't know how to help a customer restore their Verizon phone logs and texts from their own employer's Verizon Cloud. After an hour or so, and going through numerous sub-menus on the Verizon website, I got it figured out on my own, and restored ALL my lost information and data going back 2 years! (Yay!) And, I didn't have to call Verizon to help me. It's a good Verizon store, but they need to turn down the hard-sell, and focus on what the customer needs. Especially, when a long-time customer comes in for technical help and support. Phones ain't cheap. Someone in each Verizon store should have at least one person who knows how to help resolve everyday, normal tech problems with phones PURCHASED from Verizon. Summary: good store to buy a phone, and not a good store for tech help and support.

  ********. UPDATE. ******* Verizon actually gave me a credit for my old AT&T phone!!!! 8 months later and my due diligence paid off. Sadly, I had to go through some more lies but I wasn’t about to give up as I don’t take kindly to big corporations ripping off little people like us. Had I not gone to GOOGLE and left the review below, I am confident this would have never been resolved. I am upping them to 2 Stars only because they finally gave me the credit. Don’t ever stop fighting for what’s yours!!!! Lord, I don’t even know where to begin! I guess I will begin at the beginning and I will make it short and sweet as possible. . . . . LIE, LIE, LIE, and LIE SOME MORE! I cannot think of the last time I was lied to so many times. I switched to Verizon in June and they were supposed to pay off my AT&T phone on any amount under $800. My total was somewhere in the 300’s. Upon leaving the store with nothing regarding my old phone from AT&T they told me I would get an email regarding my phone. My bad for even trusting them. I left the store in seven months later I still have no money for my AT&T phone now they have my phone, but I got no gift card or anything like I was supposed to. I went to the store in October and met with the manager. He was going to review the security footage and get back to me again another LIE! I called customer service and complain to them and they tell me they’re going to fix the problem again a LIE! They should change their name to “LYING WIRELESS” And that ain’t no joke! Biggest mistake of my life was switching to Verizon wireless. Don’t you make the same boo-boo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Izzy was so amazing helping us make the MOST out of the holiday season, she was able to get us soooo many deals and was just a joy to speak with while we figured everything out! This location has always shown me they’ll do their best to help you out.
