Even though I was not their customer, they went ahead and did it for free. I already pay 200 dollars a month for two phones with disappointing cell service. I'll be switching to AT&T ASAP. Edit: "we will fix it next time you come in," no you won't. You still intend on charging 30 dollars to put on a 4 dollar screen protector. Good luck with that.
