Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a Best Buy!! The guy at the front pointed me to the area I needed to go. But I needed assistance and I had 2 workers walk right buy me and ignored me. I tried finding someone and found a lady that thought talking to some guy about a speeding ticket was more important her job!! Very disrespectful.

We went in looking for an automatic starter for my car. We were told that they were not able to do this since they did not have the staff. They told us that no one North of Denver would be able to help since no one has the staff. We were headed to Denver to put it on but my dad called Fort Collins (North of Greeley) and we have an appointment next month. So they will be able to help us. When my dad went back in, he talked to the manager about this. And all the manager said was that that was what they were told. No accountability for being wrong and sending us 67 miles out of the way when we could have stayed in the area and went 26 miles to Fort Collins.

Love the prices on the things here. The staff is always willing to help if they have time. Love how you can test out the electronics.
