  Travis was absolutely awesome, quickly and very professionally figured out and resolved the issues we were having! Straightened out several billing issues as well and had me on my way with 2 new phones and plans that saved us quite a bit over what we had been dealing with! AAA++ I'll never go in a retail store again!! Thank you Travis!!

  It's impossible to get a hold of anyone in the store. I was just trying to figure out if they had a certain screen protector in stock before I drove 45 min one way. The phone number takes you to the main verizon national number where you have to spend ten minutes going through options and putting in your information before you can even speak to anyone. And of course, they have no idea what's in stock at the local store so they try to transfer you and you get right back to the same options going in circles. Just a reflection as a whole of how verizon has gone down the drain.
