- NKN KSep 12, 20251.0It's impossible to get a hold of anyone in the store. I was just trying to figure out if they had a certain screen protector in stock before I drove 45 min one way. The phone number takes you to the main verizon national number where you have to spend ten minutes going through options and putting in your information before you can even speak to anyone. And of course, they have no idea what's in stock at the local store so they try to transfer you and you get right back to the same options going in circles. Just a reflection as a whole of how verizon has gone down the drain.

But trying to contact the store has been an awful experience!! I am so frustrated with VZ customer service. I've called 8 times and had zero assistance. I just get thrown back into the Phone menu. 🤬
