The rep kept needing to call for help trying to set up phones he wouldn't give price of items when asked charged us set up fees when they didn't set up phones we had to ourselves. was a very bad experience all the way around. With how handled I am assuming the rep was new but left alone to cover the store which isn't fair to rep or customers.
