Customers beware! This is not a Verizon corporate store. It is a privately owned franchise location. Because of that Verizon corporate is very limited on how they are able to enforce certain rules and expectations.
This has been the worst experience we have ever had at a phone store. My wife has spent well over 10 hours physically inside this store. We have been there five different times trying to resolve unfulfilled promises. The store is only ever being ran by one person and I t is always somebody who was brought in from a different store because this location cannot get any of its actual employees to show up to work.
We switched from AT&T over to Verizon in November 2025 and were told that our expenses for paying off our other devices from AT&T would be credited to our account, but the kid helping us never uploaded the bill when we set up the account and now they are unable to get over $360 credited to our account from the switch.
Again, we have been in there every couple weeks trying to get the problem resolved, and nobody knows what they are doing and every time, we are given a manager‘s phone number and told the call and leave a message. We have called and left multiple voicemails with multiple different managers and have received no callbacks or communications. This is the absolute worst experience we’ve ever had again and unfortunately the Verizon corporate store in town is unable to help because of the private ownership of this location. If you were going to do business with Verizon, make sure you go to the corporate location not this one.

Got new phone, was told monthly rate would stay the same, they lied, went up $30/month. When I asked Logan, manager he said we are not Verizon, you have to call Verizon. Don't go anywhere but The Verizon store on 6 and 50. These guys are liars full of BS

Because of Tim, we decided to choose Verizon. His customer service was outstanding the deal that he got us was even better if it wasn’t for Tim, we probably would’ve went to T-Mobile so we want to thank Tim for all that he’s done and all his help five star in our Book
