    David was extremely helpful today when I came into the store. My father passed away in the spring and I needed to access and transfer his account. David took care of the transfer very quickly and he was very kind and friendly. The process is very overwhelming and David made this step very easy. Thank you!

    My phone wouldn't turn on. Tried two different chargers. Nothing. It's old but I wait until something breaks before fixng it. I went to the Verizon store on the corner of Hwy 50 and 25 Road. On the way there I plugged into my car charger out of habit. When I get to the store it turns on. I went in anyhow. Jason A helped me. He couldn't have easily sold me an expensive new phone. Instead he went thru the phone to look for any problems. He said it looks like everything is fine and it could have been the chargers. He said of it happens again to bring it in. I asked how much I owed and he said nothing. I told him I dont believe in getting something for nothing. He said it was a simple check and Verizon doesn't charge for that. Excellent customer service, Jason. Thank you. When it is time for an expensive new phone, Ill be back.
