  We are in our 60's and do not want the hassle of trying to figure out electronics. We finally made an appt thru best buy to have someone come out and tell us what we need for what we want. Josh came out (free of charge) and was such a tremendous help with our electronics. He gave us suggestions, gave us options. We told him what we wanted and he took care of everything. We didn't have to do a thing. He showed us what he had down for ordering, we agreed to it. He set up an appt for installation. So easy! Why we didn't do this a long time ago, I don't know. But I'm so glad we finally used the Geek Squad! We'll have a brand new sound system up in just a short amount of time. Yeaaahh!! it' Here it is 2023 on a hot Aug day. The geek squad came out first thing which was great. I like how we get continued texts and they call to let us know they are on there way. I LOVE the geek squad and for people 'my age', it's a godsend. They took less than 15 minutes to fix our tv and the yearly membership is 100% worth the money.

  Absolutely dishonesty , they will sell you on a coverage plan , they can fix anything for 200 dollars a year. These folks are worse then used car salesmen with the lies. I will never shop at best but again.
