- KMK MDec 27, 20255.0This store has greatly improved. Associates and Geek Squad very helpful. Was able to purchase an unlocked phone, complete phone protection, and a screen guard for 1/4 the cost of the same products found at the major cell phone providers. Great experience even though very busy.

When I went up there to have them look at my computer, I told them what was wrong then,, was told that I needed an appointment and to go to another department to get one scheduled. How is that 24 hour service? Nowhere in any of their advertisements does it say that you need an appointment. They need to hire more people. Service is horrible.
