- JHJames HarrisDec 4, 20251.0Most Cricket stores I've ever been to have been very friendly and have accommodated my needs. The day I was in Grand Junction at this location. When I was taking some time away from my girlfriend. The licensed phlebotomist customer service representative failed at both his customer service role and phlebotomy all in the same day. I have phlebotomy and well, I have my education. When I tried to offer him advice in phlebotomy, he stupidly didn't do his job at this location, and didn't turn on my phone, kicked me out, and left me stranded with no phone not knowing where I was without any way to navigate. There is the saying the customer is always right. But this guy didn't know how to do his job. Thanks Mr. Licensed Phlebotomist, for making it really hard for me while I was there in Grand Junction. Thanks all of the people around the neighbor for their guidance and direction.

Emily was working with me and he stepped in and helped her by double calling.. hoping we'd get an answer from someone that knew what he was doing... They went to the extreme for me and spent 4 hours trying to figure out my billing issue and trying to get my phone back on for me!? They were great 😇
