When I was taking some time away from my girlfriend. The licensed phlebotomist customer service representative failed at both his customer service role and phlebotomy all in the same day. I have phlebotomy and well, I have my education. When I tried to offer him advice in phlebotomy, he stupidly didn't do his job at this location, and didn't turn on my phone, kicked me out, and left me stranded with no phone not knowing where I was without any way to navigate. There is the saying the customer is always right. But this guy didn't know how to do his job. Thanks Mr. Licensed Phlebotomist, for making it really hard for me while I was there in Grand Junction. Thanks all of the people around the neighbor for their guidance and direction.
