    Useless Geek Squad. Called ahead because I had to drive 2 hours to nearest apple service center (grand junction) and wanted to make sure they could fix my phone. Waited almost 30 minutes for them to tell me "we don't have time today, drop off and come back tomorrow for pickup." Useless and no one in there greets you or asks to help you either. walked entire store not a soul said anything to me.

    Horrible experience. My wife went to purchase a specific brand of gift card, but it was out of stock. The store staff told her she could “just buy an Apple gift card and it would work everywhere.” That is completely inaccurate. Apple gift cards only work within Apple’s ecosystem. As a result, we are now stuck with a $250 Apple gift card that we have no use for. To make matters worse, it’s nearly impossible to contact the physical store by phone. Calls are routed to an automated system, and at best you reach a general customer service representative who is not based at the store. My wife ended up driving an hour and a half back to the store, only to be told there was nothing they could do. This was extremely frustrating. Either the staff was misinformed or they gave incorrect guidance to avoid dealing with the situation. Watching a customer load $250 onto a card based on inaccurate information is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. ---------------- Updating my review: After several days of trying to reach the store, I was finally able to connect with customer support via Facebook and they issued a refund for theApple gift card. That said, the original in-store guidance that an Apple gift card “would work everywhere” was incorrect and caused significant inconvenience, including a long drive back to the store. The inability to contact the store directly made the situation more frustrating than it needed to be. I do appreciate that customer support ultimately made it right.

    Gave them a gaming desktop to repair thru warranty bc the ssd had went out and it took them a month to finally get it delivered to the repair location and then 2 weeks after that the pc was allegedly damaged in shipping back to the gj and no one mentioned it til I showed up expecting it to be finished. wouldn’t recommend trusting them with repairs and shipping of your high end gaming pcs!!

    I keep going back, hoping the customer service will improve...it doesn't! Takes forever to get helped, then you get attitude when you ask questions. Website generally says things are in stock when they aren't or has different pricing. They need some competition in Grand Jumction.
