    Best buy never disappoints when it comes to customer service, its always awful! After purchasing new appliances we were issued a store credit, as a reward. Reward in name only. When we tried to purchase a smart watch using the credits we were told we couldn't apply the credit for the purchase even though we were responsible for the tax which is reasonable and acceptable. You cant call the store directly and there were no "managers" available to discuss it with. You "best buy" your electronics anywhere else, try Sams Club, or anywhere else if you want transparency and competency. This store is undeserving of the effort it takes to drive there!

    I purchased a Whirlpool microwave from them 3/18/26 and had it installed by their contractor on 3/23/26. The microwave went out on 4/15/26. Called Best Buy and spoke to a customer service and he said Best Buy will not stand by this product after 14 days from purchase even thought it is not working. And that I would have to call Whirlpool to get it fixed. Called Whirlpool and they will not fix it. Why does Best Buy not stand behind its products and contracted service?? Piss poor customer service!!! Will never buy from them again. Thinking seriously about suing them. Have already told neighbor about them. He was going to buy an expensive TV from them but will be buying elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Best Buy!!

    Trying to get someone in the gj store. Dismal Best Buy telephone service. Ai that completely sucks and call center humans that are worthless do nothings. All I wanted to do was give a rave review on an exceptional purchase experience. Now I just want to never set foot in the store again.

    I ordered a phone from Best Buy on 3/14. I paid extra for faster shipping. I got an email saying my phone was delayed but they would refund the money I paid for shipping. I have no problem with that, it's fair. I tried to cancel my order because my previous phone was broken and I didn't know when the phone I ordered would come or if it would come. The email informing me of the delay said it might come anytime up to the 31st. I couldn't cancel online because Best buy had created a shipping label and counted that as shipped and you can't cancel shipped items. Not cancelling a shipped item is fair but creating a shipping label and counting that as shipped is not fair. I called their 1800 customer service number. I explained the problem and she spoke with a supervisor and said yes, we can cancel. I was told I'd get a follow up email regarding the cancellation. The email I got said to just wait until the 31st and if it didn't arrive by then they would cancel. I responded to the email and said it was not acceptable and they were no longer authorized to charge my card. I did not get a response back. They charged my card and sent the phone. I already got a new phone because the old one was broken. I now have to go into my local store and return the phone they sent, which I tried to cancel twice, and fight the employees to not pay the $45 reshelving fee for a phone that shouldn't have been sent.

    “$2,000 Purchase Possibly Lost to Terrible Phone Support” Ethan, the in-store sales associate, was fantastic while helping us choose between two laptops. We were ready to make a $1,000–$2,000 purchase, but when we called back with follow-up questions, our call was routed to an overseas call center in Guatemala. The representative had no knowledge of our prior conversation and could not assist us. This is completely unacceptable. I am now reconsidering this purchase because there is no way to reach the local store or the associate who helped us. A strong in-store experience should not be ruined by a broken phone support system. Best Buy needs to fix this immediately and provide meaningful compensation or a goodwill gesture for the frustration, wasted time, and risk to a significant purchase. Until this is addressed, I cannot recommend this store for any high-value items.
