If I could rate this zero stars I would. I made an appointment online earlier this week. I received a call to confirm what my issue was. I told them I had a Google Pixel 3a with a cracked screen. They said they could fix it or do a replace. When I arrived I was told that they don't work with Pixel unless I have a plan offer something with them. That wasn't mentioned on the phone at all. I could have looked somewhere else. Instead some incompetent employee decided to water a week of my time getting this phone fixed. Thank you for nothing.
