    I’ve been trying to get my phone repaired for 2 weeks they had my phone for 24 hours and did nothing and forget about costumer service the one time I did actually get to talk to a person she couldn’t give me progress on the repair for whatever reason and to make it a total poop show I can’t take it somewhere else because they have a open ticket. All they’ve done is pace the buck “I wasn’t here when you dropped it off “ they said. I have a appointment tomorrow see what happens hopefully I won’t have even more to complain about

    Went in to buy a switch 2 and was told that they might be too busy to help... meanwhile I see 4 employees sitting on their phones scrolling. Took us 10 minutes to find anybody who could just unlock the case after asking 3 seperate times and being told someone was "on the way" every time. A "free best buy account" was offered at the checkout, "no strings attached." Once they asked for a social security number I knew this was a lie and that it was a best buy credit card. Extremely sketchy business practices that are likely pushed by corporate. I am fully convinced that not a single person works at this best buy and it was just a bunch of people off the street in best buy shirts; no help whatsoever and every employees head in the clouds. Decided to use the restroom before leaving and it was so disgusting I just left. I hate to support this horrendous store, but we stopped at several independently owned game stores who were all out of stock.

    I was told by Leslie that I “can’t return something for the sake of returning it” and that I can’t return an item without a receipt. I ordered it online and I had the order number but I was told that can’t be used and I have to have the receipt or enroll in their membership program to return an item. I was forced to enroll and now I have to waste my time going to the website to delete the account I didn’t want in the first place. When I checked out later with someone else, I asked about the return process and she said I didn’t have to enroll. Leslie needs more training, but everyone else was nice.

    My boyfriend bought me an apple watch for Christmas this year and when I opened it on Christmas morning, there was no watch in the box. Very frustrating as you could imagine. I told him there was nothing we could do at the time as the store was closed on Christmas. He went today to try to get a replacement and the person working said that they couldn’t do anything because the watch was activated and told him to go to apple. He then went to apple and was told that he didn’t purchase the watch at apple and there was nothing they could do. He then called customer support to be told he had to take it to up with the store. He went back to the store where he was told to call customer support until it gets escalated to get a replacement. This is ridiculous as I have spent thousands of dollars with this company to get the run around over and over again. It is obvious someone stole the watch out of the box and then they sold it to him without the watch.
