- LLLorraine3 days ago5.0Highly recommend going to Ashton at this location. My husband and I tried to go to both the Willits in Basalt and Grand Ave in Glenwood locations and neither store was open even though the website hours stated 11-5 as hours for Sunday. The Basalt location at least had a cardboard handmade sign saying temporarily closed on Sundays. Thankfully the Meadows location WAS open as stated and Ashton was amazing. Diagnosed the issue immediately and resolved in less than 15 minutes, all while being patient and handling other customers as they came into the store as he was the only staff person there. We have literally no other in person Verizon options in the Roaring Fork Valley, please either update the hours of operation for these locations or staff them. We are dependent on our phones for everything today and were it not for people like Ashton we would have had to drive to Grand Junction.
