  I coming from my country yesternight from plane. I coming to here store phone for get new sim and for get iPhone upgrade on iPhone 5. Big Mike and Mo very helpful and also very cute. Thank you for so much youre help. I will tell my whole village about you when I am going to my home. Finally statement numbar one phone guy in the Colorado Stating.

  Amazing and timely service! Had a slew of bad experiences with Verizon in the process of signing up for our account as first time Verizon users as the previous rep/store we worked with in a different location (the one near Citadel) messed up the orders and we ended up with half of the devices in the account shipping to us with a corrupted eSIM. We wound up coming here to get them fixed after multiple attempts at the previous store over a span of a few days failed (and so did phone support after we called multiple times), and they managed to get everything settled and fixed in 20 minutes! Wish we came here sooner and go our phones here instead of the other store 🙏🏼 Highly recommend this location for your Verizon needs! ♥️

  I was traveling from New York for work and ran into a problem with my phone being locked. I tried calling Verizon customer service a few times, but no one could help me, and I was getting frustrated. I stopped by this Verizon store in Fountain to give it a try because my phone didn’t work, basically. A guy named Mike helped me right away. I don’t know if he’s a manager or not, but he really knew what he was doing. He took the time to figure out what was wrong with my phone and got it unlocked when no one else could. He didn’t rush me or talk over me like a lot of customer service people do. He explained what he was doing and made sure everything worked before I left. On top of that, he showed me some better plan options that actually saved me money on my monthly bill, which I wasn’t expecting. I even decided to upgrade my phone while I was there because the whole thing was so easy. The service was fantastic, and everything went smooth from start to finish. I really appreciate the help I got from Mike and this store. I wish this store was in New York.

  Mo was the worker who took care of us ,and busted his Azz to get it done ... so thank you mo you are truly a helpful person thank you ... I highly recommend mo to anybody...
