    I would give this location zero stars if I could. I took my son’s phone down there on Saturday, the guy that assisted me was nice and all. He ran his tests and told me the device would need to be replaced. I asked if it could be done in Broomfield at the Apple Store, as I was willing to drive there if so. He shrugged his shoulders and said, “I don’t know.” Then proceeded to complete the Apple care transaction and told me it would be 1-3 days for the replacement device to arrive and it would ship to the store, not to my home. Cool, I could have stayed in Wyoming and done it myself at this rate. I called on Tuesday for an update on what the heck was going on was given the run around. I called the store again yesterday for an update and was told Apple is working on the device. How though, when Agent Tayden sent the device back to Wyoming with me? Make that make sense. Then the guy I spoke with yesterday said, “oh probably 4 more days. Mind you, the reason we went to this location. Was they repaired the back glass in November, and now the battery is visible and expanding. Which also of note, agent tayden said that there was a risk of carcinogenic fumes that my son could be exposed to. Like what? I could have gone to Broomfield but he was too lazy to give me a yes or no answer. But so nicely informed me the transaction was not reversible. The agent I spoke with refused to let me Me speak to a manager to talk about a solution. It goes on and on. Do not take your iPhones here. EDIT. 7 days later we returned to the location after going to the competent Apple people in broomfield and park meadows. The manager Jon was nothing short of condescending and quite rude talking to me like I’m stupid. Then brought out some lady from geek squad. They asked if I still had the old phone… uh no people I just told you both multiple times that I TOOK IT TO BROOMFIELD AND PARK MEADOWS. I wholeheartedly believe Jon would not have issued the refund had my significant other been present. Oh, not to mention I had spoke with Best Buy customer service earlier in the day and they said and I quote … It makes sense that you’re asking for a supervisor at this point you’ve already tried resolving it directly with the Fort Collins store, you were refused and you’ve now confirmed with the Apple Store that the charge should never have been applied. You’ve also provided every detail Best Buy would need to process a refund.

    Went in to try and schedule a fix for my iPad and the first one was good and got an appointment scheduled. I showed up for the second one almost a week later and they said they were full and had to reschedule for another week out from when I first came in. I'm honestly just going to do this myself because they don't have the capacity for this.

    I called the number in this Google Profile and got an ai agent that was not helpful so I requested to speak to a representative. I had to ask the agent 6 times for appointment availability at the fort collins location. She kept giving me time slots for another location in Arizona. Then she hung up. Bottom line is that the ai agent was not helpful and the live agent was worse (frustrating).

    Taden (hopefully I spelled that right) was amazing and diagnosed the problem with the fan in my laptop and fixed it so quickly! He was truly great and knows his stuff and I’m so relieved to have my laptop fixed! 10/10 recommend coming here for laptop repairs!
