    Absolutely worst experience, had my phone shipped to store and the phone got returned, went into the store to see what was going on they said there was an issue but there is another phone coming, went into the store and was lied to by the manager several times to my face saying they don’t ship phones to that store but he went back to check? Phone wasn’t there. Lie one, I told him I need to figure this out because I’m getting charged for a device I don’t have he said I have your account pulled up and your not getting charged but I pulled up my bill and it changed $40 a month which I showed him..so there was lie #2. Never do business with this store if a manger is going to blatantly lie to my face twice Verizon needs to do a better job hiring a screening for managers. I’m absolutely dumbfounded this happen. Never ever go here.

    I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Cody Lusk at Verizon on Foothills in Fort Collins, Colorado. From the moment I walked in, Cody's professionalism and positive energy were immediately apparent. He went above and beyond to ensure I understood all my options and answered every question with patience and expertise. Cody's enthusiasm for his work is truly contagious, and his dedication to providing exceptional customer service is unmatched. Thanks to his outstanding support, I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend Cody to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and energetic Verizon representative. He’s truly an Inspirational Man. Grabbed a Photo from his Facebook to show y’all who to look for and who will always get you right God damn Excellent Employee.

    Went in with my brother for him to drop off his trade in after being sent there from the Centerra location. Initially spoke to a man who said he’d be back after “going to grab it for him”. Not sure what he was grabbing as we had already gotten the phone. We then waited a couple minutes before Liz (although she was signed in to the ipad as Amanda) approached us. Immediately she was completely unwelcoming and told us we needed to ship the phone back for it to count for the trade in value. He had not been given a return shipping label and everything on his end was saying he needed to drop it off at the fort collins location. He informed her of this and she turned her screen around and started tapping her nail on it as if she was proving a point. Overall just a complete mean girl attitude. We went to the car to try and sort it out before he went in and she was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional acting as though he was annoying her before he just left after saying have a great day and she responded with “you have a better one.” No one should be acting that way in a profession setting. Edit- We went back in after being on the line with Verizon customer service and she said she had no idea why they would’ve refused to take the phone and the man that helped us, Julian I believe his name was, was super nice and took the phone no problem. We also let him know that Liz was completely rude to us. Overall an interaction that should’ve taken 10 minutes took three hours.

    Just went in to ask a few simple questions and instead ended up being gaslit by the female worker and than the male worker who I guess is her boss. He said “I heard everything she told you and she said you have an addition device service not an addition device “ first of all she went and got you from across the other end of the store so no you did not hear what she said you just chose to gaslight me by telling me what she said which was in fact not what she said. The girl who helped was not welcoming at all. My family and I have been with Verizon for over 15years and she was getting annoyed with me because I told her I did not have an additional device which she kept telling me I did but I don’t . And then when boss man came over he said she said you have a second device service not a second device , sorry but I’m not stupid that’s not what she said and you couldn’t of even heard what she said . And frankly I’m not sure why she came and got you in the first place when she kept telling me the notes and how everything looked in our plan didn’t make sense to her. But she got upset because she believe I have a second phone that I dot have. They both literally just stared at me like I was the idiot and they were correct . Terrible experience would never go back . This is why people switch companies even after 15 years

    Went to drop off a trade-in from Best Buy (they now require Verizon to handle the trade in) and first we were told no, Best Buy had to do it, then we called in and the person over the phone got us fixed up and set it for store drop off. Once we got there the rep claimed they set it for shipping and printed off a label with the stores address as the return address. Zero acknowledgment about the previous misinformation about going back to Best Buy, and it felt like he just didn’t want to take the trade in regardless of what was done. Really felt like he just printed the label he was supposed to use to ship it back on our behalf and gave it to us to get us out of the door. Like if we wanted to ship it back vs hand it to a store we would have taken the phone rep up on their offer to have UPS package it for us and send it back rather than the store drop off option. Now we have to package it ourselves.. in store rep seemed very annoyed that we came back. Definitely not going back here again. Looks like other reviews reflect the poor service. Edit: went online and confirmed my trade in was set to drop off in store correctly, so he misled me again. Changed the trade in to ups store pack and ship and they took it no problem, no need for any packing on my end. Lied to by this store again and again. Would not trust them with a trade in device at all.
