  I don’t often leave reviews but I worked with Tyler and he was awesome to work with. Got me in and out within 20 minutes of answering my questions and getting a new phone as well.

  This location and the staff are very hostile and rude the manager didn’t want to sit there and explain my bill to me I was just trying to to get clarification of what I was being charged for he told me he could only print out my bill but he couldn’t explain where all the fines where coming from customers service was 0/0 very disappointing I went in yesterday the worst experience ever

  I posted a 1-star review a few months ago and really hoped I'd be able to come back and say that Verizon worked with us to help us with our issue. Be very wary of anything you are told in the store when signing up for service. As the customer, we believed what three different employees told us about a refund card to go and pay off our old phones at our old provider. That was what we expected. The day after we signed on (to our business account we already had), we were told that wasn't the case and that we would get credits. That was in October. We've seen nothing. Granted, the credits are how it works with business accounts. However, when three store employees tell you otherwise, they should honor that. And if not, they should work to get credits as soon as possible as we signed up under false pretenses. Our issue was moved up the line out of the store and after speaking to us, we've basically been told to go back to the store manager (who said they didn't have the power to help) and then they ghosted us. I have not been able to get in touch with the other person at all. My suggestion is to run and go anywhere else. There are too many stories like mine in their reviews. I wish we had gone to TMobile. They also have good coverage and maybe better service. This has been extremely frustrating and it shouldn't be that way. Verizon needs to do better. Either train your employees so they give correct information and/or honor what a customer is told. I'm so over it.
