If you need help he will shrug his shoulders and tell you to call customer service. When you ask if they can help with that. Cause you know, my phone doesn't have service how am I going to call.... He will tell you that hes not allowed to do that, cause this place is the only place that doesn't work with their own customer service reps. That calling with the customer is against the rules..... I have been to other places in town that are much kinder willing to help and not trying to shove you out the door. The young man, wish i had gotten his name, who tried to help me the first time was kind explained everything and tried his best to problems solve. I get Jayson he looks at if for 10 min goes idk call customer service he cant do anything. God forbid you get this guy to help activate a phone. He blows through all the setting even when you ask to do it to make sure its how you want and he tells you do just for all that later. He doesn't actually want to help he just wants you out the store so he can be on his own phone. How do I know? Because he spent evey two min checking his wrists watch. Like I get we all have personal lives but bruh how about trying to help. Just go to a different store.
