I am BEYOND GRATEFUL for Nani and Dr. Vega and for the peace of mind. I know when I come here, they will take good care of my dog.

- TDTim DingerSep 27, 20252.0We began using VCA in Fort Collins after moving from a different state that had a VCA we had good experiences with. This VCA is worse. Their communication is sub par. Their lunch breaks are frequently much longer than posted. By the way, the lunch hours are only posted as a piece of paper on their door, not the website or google. We also expressed concerns about our dog's health and behavior multiple times, all of which were brushed off for long periods of time until we INSISTED he was more thoroughly evaluated. The Care club costs a significant amount for the very little it covers, unless your pet is very old or sick. After using this vet for a few years, we are switching to a new one, for the better.
