  These people are extremely helpful, nice, and very knowledgeable. I was having trouble with my phone dropping the GPS signal which I depend on constantly. I took it in the first time Christian showed me a couple of things which I didn't know before and was so glad to get that info. I could never get my GPS to speak over my Bluetooth and he got that working he showed me how to get into my Sims card. And he let me know if that doesn't work and some other things bring it back. So I brought it back today. Was still having trouble with the GPS signal. Jahana A, the manager. Looked at it and immediately knew what the problem was and I didn't have enough data. She was so smart and I'm so happy I got her today. These people are great.

  She was soooo very patient and helpful. We had to be in there for 3 hours to get our service switched to Cricket We didn't remember password and she showed us what to do for a new lines... A lot more confusion on my part ( I'm 72) , but she really helped

  I came into your store today in high hopes to get my phone unlocked to any carrier as ive been connected to my parents cricket account since i was old enough to get a phone and i bought my current phone in 2023 but was disconnected from my parents line last August and since then i have been trying to get it turned on but found a more affordable option just last week so i walked into the store at 5:40ish and asked the Latina lady if she could unlock it. She called cricket customer care and her boss multiple times not speaking alot of English and not trying very hard to resolve my problem, and after an hour of patience and understanding she told me I couldn't get my phone that i purchased years ago unlocked because apparently it hadn't been 6 months since i was added onto the line which is a lie and she was very unprofessional and the service was unacceptable for an hour of my time to get a simple task completed denied by an employee who had little idea what she was doing. I think some compensation for my time and patience would be acceptable and much appreciated.
