    Amazing staff super friendly, Kyle was immensely helpful in TV's 1/5/26. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, I was in and out in under five minutes and he got me transacted immediately without dragging me through the ringer. I name dropped the model and rough price and he found the exact model and inventory. In the thirty seconds he was in the back grabbing it four separate staff approached to ensure I'd been helped.

    My mother went to pick up a new TV she bought online at our local Best Buy in Fort Collins. She is 71 years old, has all her faculties, and is generally unfailingly kind and polite. Now, as someone who has worked in customer service all her life, I may be a bit biased here, but the "customer service" staff at the store who handled her order laughed openly at her for the TV she brought with her to be recycled (an LG), treated her with rudeness and sarcasm, refused to assist her in carrying the new TV out to her car, which was parked in the front of the parking lot, openly laughed at her repeatedly and when she asked if they knew where she could recycle it besides there, played dumb and refused to be helpful in any way. At every turn, they were the literal antithesis of customer service. I cannot believe Best Buy even employs people like this to assist their customers. This happened around 11:45am on December 26, 2025. She will be providing them with feedback as well, but personally I think a review is warranted to call out their horrible behavior and treatment of a kindly senior citizen. She got the TV into her car with the assistance of a nearby, kindly customer. What IS this?? Absolutely ridiculous. I cannot believe my mom had to endure that kind of treatment. I wish I'd been with her, but that was impossible. So, FYI, don't expect anyone at Best Buy in Fort Collins to go above and beyond, or even toe the line of acceptable customer service standards. Unbelievable.

    No one was working the online pickup area, ended up having to goto customer service to pickup my order. Why have online ordering and a place to pickup the orders but no one working the counter..

    I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt it was worth sharing. We visited the Best Buy in Fort Collins to purchase a new iPhone for our son. There were plenty of employees on the floor, many standing around talking with each other, yet no one proactively offered to help us. At one point, we had to almost forcefully interrupt employees who were talking just to get assistance. When we did, they simply pointed toward the middle of the store and said the phones were “over there,” without actually helping us or connecting us with someone in the department. Each time we went to the phone area, there was still no one available to assist us. Eventually, one employee did acknowledge us and said something along the lines of, “Oh yeah, you do want to buy a phone, I’ll be right back.” My husband stepped away to use the restroom, and I remained standing there waiting. The employee never returned and was instead standing in the corner laughing and talking with coworkers, as if she had forgotten about us entirely. When we finally decided to leave without making a purchase, that same employee followed us out of the store while vaping. The entire experience felt unprofessional and left a very poor impression, crazy, because best buy used to be the best! Customer service was simply not there..

    Unbelievably horrible experience through Bestbuy.com. Ordered a printer on a black Friday sale November 28. First get an email saying there was a delay. Next, that Roadie would now be delivering and had picked up December 2nd. Then, after picking up, Roadie canceled the delivery December 11th. Then I called customer service. They said I would be shipped a new printer and receive it Dec. 16 and would get an email shortly...no email. Called customer service again. Now they are completely out of the item. They can re-order and have one shipped December 18 I am told. Ok. I then received a text saying the payment method didn't go through for the item, that was paid for on November 28th. I called customer service yet again. I was told there was a new .28cent charge that had something to do with shipping (which was supposed to be free) and they could not do anything until that .28cents had been paid... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I was sent to multiple people including a store manager, none of which had any answers aside from canceling the order, though one did try to tell me the price had changed since Black Friday and that's why the .28cents was there. 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦 My dear lord. I asked multiple times if I could just get the printer I ordered at the price I ordered it at. The answer was no. I had not shopped at Best Buy in quite a while, and I won't ever again. Given that I had a gaming computer and other high end gifts in my cart, this is unfortunate for them that they can not complete a simple order or really do anything at all in the customer service department. "I'm sorry we can't do that" was the most common phrase I heard. By bye Best Buy ***UPDATE*** I HAVE NOW BEEN DIRECTLY LIED TO AND FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED BY BEST BUY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT!! I WAS TOLD THE ORDER WOULD BE CANCELLED AND I GAVE THEM A NEW CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND WAS TOLD THE TOTAL AMOUNT WOULD BE REFUNDED TO THE CARD!! I WAS ALSO PROMISED THAT THERE WOULD BE NO NEE CHARGES!!! PROMISED!! INSTEAD, THERE IS NO REFUND BUT A CHARGE FOR THE .28CENTS!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? NOW I AM BACK TO DEALING WITH THESE UNTRAINED EMPLOYEES THAT CLEARLY CAN NOT AND WILL NOT DO ANYTHING THAT EVEN REMOTELY COMES CLOSE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE! THEY HAVE NOW LIED TO ME AND FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED ME!! NOW I AM BEING TOLD THAT THE GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION HAS BEEN ACTIVATED, AND BY ME... NOT THE CASE. SO SOMEONE ELSE WAS ALLOWED TO ACTIVATE IT UNDER MY NAME!! I ALSO STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED...IT IS DECEMBER 20TH. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT TELLS ME THAT EMPLOYEES ARE STEALING ITEMS AND COULD HAVE ACTIVATED IT??
