Had a really great experience at Best Buy and wanted to give a shoutout to Eric for going above and beyond.
We came in with a damaged TV and honestly expected it to be a stressful visit, but Eric was super helpful, easy to talk to, and took the time to walk through our options without making it feel awkward or complicated. They worked with us to find a solution and we were pleasantly surprised.
It’s not often you run into customer service that feels this genuine and helpful. Really appreciate the patience and professionalism — definitely the kind of experience that will keep us coming back.

Zane was super helpful and Taylor came in to help as well. I had an issue with a TV return both fellas were super professional and resolved all my issues. Because of these two ill be back to shop at best buy! Thanks for all the help!

Went in to get a basic clearance Ethernet cable all the cables were under the 6 dollar price tag for cat 6 25’ spent 30 minutes at the most unfriendly customer service telling me it’s 25 and they just put them all in the wrong spot to almost tell me they don’t have it and would not price match it— until they had to because of false advertisement. Eric as a store manager should not have his position for the stores cleanliness improper placement of items and poor customer service please avoid this store entirely

Brought my computer to the geek squad here on Wednesday night after having been told there was a 24 hour turn around likely. All I wanted was the c: drive and windows copied to a new larger SSD, Which they initially told me they couldn't do and would have to reinstall the OS (not necessary).
On drop off I got 48-72 hours turn around, sure, fine whatever. It is saturday now, and they have told me it *should* maybe be ready on Sunday.
Which says to me, they said they started working on it thursday, and didn't **actually** start working on it until today (Saturday) 🤔🤔🤔🤔
Made me feel like I was being treated like an idiot. Very cool. If you needed 4 days, saying so would have been nice, or not misleadingly tagging that you started working on it on thursday.
