  Customer service at this North College location of Cricket is outstanding! I am a return customer for phone equipment, and a longtime Cricket customer, primarily due to the knowledgeable, thorough and patient service provided by Johanna--thanks Johanna! The atmosphere there is very welcoming!

  These people are extremely helpful, nice, and very knowledgeable. I was having trouble with my phone dropping the GPS signal which I depend on constantly. I took it in the first time Christian showed me a couple of things which I didn't know before and was so glad to get that info. I could never get my GPS to speak over my Bluetooth and he got that working he showed me how to get into my Sims card. And he let me know if that doesn't work and some other things bring it back. So I brought it back today. Was still having trouble with the GPS signal. Jahana A, the manager. Looked at it and immediately knew what the problem was and I didn't have enough data. She was so smart and I'm so happy I got her today. These people are great.
