I have spent 4 days in store, not to mention time spent via chat and on the phone with customer service. I would not recommend the Firestone location; they need more training on account issues and need to have a manager on duty at all times. They do not want to research other issues when a customer has an issue or get a manager to assist them. The Longmont Verizon store was more willing to assist better trained, more knowledgeable and they listened to my concerns. I’m at the point of transferring back to my previous carrier due to the huge lack of care, and resolution. According to the online reviews of this store management needs to be held accountable for their employee’s lack of training and how they interact with customers.
