- CKCatie KleindlNov 25, 20255.0I have been taking my two dogs here for many years. We found the clinic because we lived just a few blocks away from it for a while. Our family has since moved away from the area, and we still specifically keep this vet for the dogs because of how wonderful they are. This is a VCA clinic, so the prices are not going to be comparable to other places that specifically exist to be more affordable; it's VCA prices, so know that going in. If you're looking for the cheapest option, there are other places for you, but if you can afford a VCA clinic, this is the one to choose. The veterinarians they have here are some of the most attentive and knowledgeable vets I have ever seen. They're truly phenomenal and take their time on everything. I have brought in some probably really silly concerns to them, but they always listen and make sure all my questions are answered. But what really makes this place so incredible, and keeps us always coming back, is the rest of the staff. The vet techs and reception workers are just genuinely so amazing! They are kind, smart, and FAST. Anytime I need records or a medication refill, they're seriously so fast, it's unreal. They remember my name, my wife's name, and of course the dogs' names. They remember little quirks about the dogs, will ask about how the other dog is doing, and they have built such fun relationships with each of them. I tease one of my dogs that whenever she has an appointment at the vet, she gets to go see her best friends! My other dog is very reactive, and she struggles with any appointments, and they had set up a program for her to come in just to get weighed on the scale, get a treat, say hi to some of the ladies, and leave, to help her see that the clinic isn't scary. I'll admit, we unfortunately have not utilized this as much as we should, but the fact that they have the program and offered it to us was wonderful. Anyways, I could go on and on about this place, but it truly is that special community clinic that you want your pets treated at. They know what they're doing, they care, and they're so kind. 10/10 would recommend, and have recommended to many!
