    Don't trust what the employees tell you , quote you, or promise you in the Verizon store or onvtheir corporate support line. The store told us we would get a lower price and new phones if we switched from T-Mobile to Verizon. Plus they said they would throw in 2 tablets for free with the deal so we were confident going forward. Trouble was, when we got the bill it was over $400 per month and we were upsold things we didn't know about and they never informed us about. First they didn't tell us there were going to be charges for the tablets each month equaling about $40 per month which we have had to pay since March even after we quickly returned the tablets and canceled the extra fees in April. They said our 2 phones on the senior plan would be the same as what we were paying T-Mobile at the senior discount rate of $55 per month. We still haven't gotten any credits or refunds for anything and we can't return the phones and stop the service unless we pay $1,000 per phone along with cancelation charges. So none of the information that the local store is verifiable and they refuse to do anything " because we are not corporate and we can't change or correct your billing and corporate doesn't know what was promised or that anything is wrong when you are expected to pay over $400 per month when they promised a lower bill than we paid at T-Mobile and it doubled immediately and we have been promised by corporate reps 3 times already that it would be taken care of on the bext billing but it never happens and they count you as past due until you pay up. We have spent a huge number if hours trying to resolve this with Verizon and have gotten nothing but Due Notices from them. Be careful and good luck if you have similar problems and need to deal with them.

    We showed up late on a Sunday and Fidel was knowledgeable, helpful, and gracious and ended up staying late to help us. We also switched to Verizon WiFi and it has been so much better than the wireless service we had before so far.

    Sophia and Stevie are rockstars. I came in with a bizare phone trying to get out of one carrier into Verizon. They were patient, helpful, friendly and just all around made my frustrating visit so much better. Thanks girls. You're Rockstars
