  We just left this Verizon store and are headed to a different Verizon. The guy that was there this am, was very rude. Before even looking at our account or our phone he said we would not get anything for our phones. We looked last night on the website and it said $830. He said no, $400. When we asked why, he said idk? He was talking on the phone when we went in, and clearly did not want to help us. We were the only people in there. If you don’t want to help people, maybe find another line of business like kicking rocks…

  Sophia and Stevie are rockstars. I came in with a bizare phone trying to get out of one carrier into Verizon. They were patient, helpful, friendly and just all around made my frustrating visit so much better. Thanks girls. You're Rockstars
