    Make sure you get and read your receipts. They took over 900 from me and I had no choice at all. The insurance is no bargain either. Very dishonest and disappointed. Employee told me my phone was a Verizon upgrade and free of charge. That turned out to be a lie and cost me over 900. The Verizon outage caused the phone to constantly reboot. Brought it back to your store. Due to unforseen medical emergency a phone was needed. Your employee told me the only way to get a working phone was to buy another one. 900+. Perhaps your people might benefit from a class in ethics.
