Lester Herrera helped me out in what became a 2.5 hour problem with tech support and another corporate lady because the eSIM card was not loading. Lester was super helpful in trouble shooting, patient, and knowledgeable in finding me a solution that would get my phone working. He was the only employee working that afternoon and he was balancing multiple customers while providing superior customer service. I was so grateful for his determination to get my phone working even while the tech support team was willing to continue to spin in circles with a route that was clearly not working. Thank you Lester!

I was looking for a phone case for my new Pixel 10 (in mid December 2025), and there were a few options on the showroom floor but no prices listed. I enquired, and was given a range of approximate prices with no specificity. The price seemed to depend on the whim of the weird salesperson -- was he on commission? -- and went up once I picked one that I preferred. I did a quick search online and Verizon's own website was selling it for half price -- which is how I learned it wasn't a real Verizon store. He opened the case and asked me to feel it to see how high quality this exquisite product felt to the touch -- reminded me of buying a rug in Istanbul! Too funny, but I wasn't going to spend 2x the money. I walked out and visited the other 3rd-party-operated not-actually-Verizon store in Durango to try my luck there.
