- LYLyle YoungNov 13, 20251.0I had an absolutely horrible experience getting an upgrade phone at this store. I will spare every detail because it is long- but I have been through every layer of corporate bureaucracy trying to settle the issue. I have been trying to return the phone (the S25 camera is very disappointing for a new phone), which has been almost impossible despite the promises made at the time of sale. I am still being charged for services I was told would be free and included in the upgrade. I was also charged for additional service add-ons that I never agreed to. People should know this store is ran by Victra- a third party retailer for Verizon- which has made it very difficult to resolve my issues. If you have a corporate store available, always choose that one over the third party. The reps at the store make commission so they will tell you anything to make a sale. We have had a family plan with Verizon for many years and we will never get another upgrade with them again (looking into other carriers when contract is finished!)- too much of a headache trying to fight for the deal you thought you signed up for.
