My dog Penny passed about a month ago, and Dr Calloway was her vet for a couple of years. The team always went above and beyond to take care of Miss Penny and our family and they are all so kind. When Penny passed, we received a card signed by the team and they truly just are a great group of humans. Penny had excellent care at VCA Firehouse. When we are ready to adopt another Dog, VCA firehouse and Dr Calloway will absolutely have us back! Thank you for all that you do, and thank you for always going above and beyond 🩷
- SRSean RhyneFeb 12, 20265.0This place is absolutely amazing, followed maps here looking for an emergency hospital for my dog, and while I think it's just a normal vet's office they agreed to help out, and a vet that was heading out for the day stayed to help out my little dude. The staff are just amazingly friendly and the shop clearly cares about the animals in their care. They provided treatment options that so far I believe we're right on the money because within an hour he started showing signs of feeling better. Can't thank them enough, especially for taking a random patient from a visibly stressed out stranger that wandered in basically by accident. Would give them 10 stars if I could. So very much appreciated their help and understanding.

The front staff and vets are all kind and compassionate, and particularly want to recognize Dr.Farnsworth for her care. Our sweet dog Lily unexpectedly passed away recently and we got a card afterwards with handwritten notes from a lot of the vets and staff that had cared for her, which was a genuine and heartwarming touch. Would definitely recommend taking your pets here.
