  What a joke. I signed up for the Best Buy membership and was told Geek Squad visits would be $39. I bought a Roku at Best Buy and they want $139 to install it. Liars! Don’t shop here. The absolute worst.

  We had Geek Squad out on 12/21/25 to install a picture-frame TV. We figured this would be a worthwhile investment to ensure the TV was hung correctly. The cost to install the TV was $278 ($179 + $99 for specialized personnel since the wall has tile). The final installation was not centered on the wall and was crooked. We have adjusted the brackets as best we can and the TV is still not level or centered. My wife has spent over 45 minutes on the phone with support to try to get someone out to remount the TV with no resolution. We are very dissapointed with the quality of the installation and the poor customer service response. When paying for professional installation, we feel that mounting the TV centered and level is an appropriate expected outcome.
