The store “manager” Hunter promised to fulfill a $400 rebate for my T-Mobile contract they bought me out of. 5 months later and multiple calls and trips to the store achieved nothing. Each time I visited, I was told they would fulfill their promise to deliver a rebate, but Hunter kept giving excuses each time I walked in the door. “I promise you’ll get your rebate in one week.” Never happened. Kept hearing that he was so low on the totem pole that he couldn’t help that Verizon was scamming their customers. Very surprising to actually hear that from the store manager. Do not get your phone from this store unless you want to get scammed .
