Where other Verizon stores would have just sent me away because this is time consuming, Conner was happy to help and happy to resolve my nightmare day of my phone not working. Highly recommend this location, Conner, and the employees there.

He also charged me a setup fee, despite the fact that he did NOTHING to set the phone up and handed it to me on the first part of the setup screen. To top it off he put a $20/month insurance plan on my account without telling me about it or putting anything that said so on my final bill. Avoid this store as it is not actually Verizon Wireless.
