My experience at this location was excellent. Hunter was very helpful, knowledgeable, clear and concise. He gave a no BS but also compassionate and easy to understand delivery of what my options were. Not only was his service efficient and above standard, he also trained two employees at the same time. I would be happy to go back for his assistance alone, but the entire staff was very warm and helpful to all customers. Thanks for the new phone guys!

At first I was nervous as I called before arriving to the store and didn’t really know what to expect, having a phone service issue with such poor customer service nowadays. But when I arrived, before I could get inside the building I was immediately greeted by Jay. I expressed my concern to which he responded not to worry we gotchu. Right away I felt a sense of relief. Jay was polite attentive but extremely busy as he explained he was in the middle of training new hires. Jay was called to do another task and asked if Steven could take over. And man! Steven did just that. He was kind, compassionate, understanding, caring offered me water, just made me feel like he cared and I was in a trusting space! He had all the tools and knowledge on how he was sure my issue would be resolved before leaving the store. I don’t want to keep rambling on, but it’s not often you come across gentlemen like this! I cannot thank you enough for the exceptional customer experience! I know have a place to go where I know I’ll receive quality service. Thanks again fellas, keep up the amazing work!

This store is worthless in every measurable sense. Specifically the employees that are here at this location. But the one who “attempted” to help me, Bijan was infuriatingly rude and incompetent. He has little to no skills and doesn’t belong in retail. I came into this store 3 separate times over the course of a 3 day period of time, to try and pick up 2 brand new phones I had purchased from Verizon over the phone. The rep online confirmed MULTIPLE times that BOTH devices were available for pick up here. Every single time I went they told me that they would not give me my phone. They told me that the phone was “already attached to another person, with another purchase order”. While I was there all 3 times, NOT ONCE did they log on to a computer, make a call, or look at anything. So I took it upon myself to call Verizon myself, sat on hold for 2 hours with my 2 children, they ended up speaking to the store employees. What they told them blew my mind: the purchase order, and the hold that phone has placed on it, was 100% true and correct. The hold and purchase order HAD MY NAME ON IT!! Not once do they bother to look. These people are incompetent, rude, and I did their job for them. That’s what I boiled down to. The didn’t want to take the time to call and do their job, so I had to do it for them. Embarrassing is an understatement. Don’t ever come here. They were pissed I didn’t buy the phone in store and so they lost out on commissions. They get no commission on over the phone sales. Waste of my time, and terrible retail experience.

I just recently visited this store to upgrade my phone along with getting a watch and iPad as well. Hunter helped me with the process and made it a smooth and enjoyable experience.
There was a bit of a weird hiccup when picking up my items (special order) and I didn’t end up picking them up on the day I was supposed to due to a weird interaction with one of their employees, but Julian the general manager helped me resolve the issue along with staff member Jay. Hunter also went out of his way to drive a 4 hour total trip just to pick up the only remaining pink iPad left in Colorado.
The strange interaction with one of their staff left a bad taste in my mouth and I would probably have given a 1 star rating, but with Hunter going out his way and with Julian and Jays kindness, they turned the entire experience around for me and made it a 5 star experience. There was also someone named Stephen who was super friendly as well. When I was waiting for Jay to get stuff from the back, another staff member had just came back from lunch and made sure I was taken care of as well (I couldn’t catch his name) - it’s a small thing but I notice and appreciate the small things.
I truly appreciate good folks and especially when folks go above and beyond for me to make things right. I totally recommend coming here if it’s local to you. It’s a cozy store, next to parking, and has a great group of guys. They’ll get you in and out quickly while being personable too.

absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.
I placed an order through the my verizon app and selected this store for pick up. Pick up said it would take up to 2 hrs, so i waited 3 walked in and there 3 2 out of 3 employees working. the one freee asked how they could help and i said i was there for an order pick up.
They proceeded to respond with a long pause, blank stare and said "Oh.. kay?" walked away did not tell me to folow them, did not offer to look up the order or even help.
I followed because i guess that what i shouldve done? They thn typed a few things up, again waited forever before they even asked for my name, never asked for my phone number, any details, anything about what they were doing so i just stood there? (again this was nota crowded store.. which i would understand)|
They then said I needed to wait 20-30minutes before the order would be ready. Which i did not understand but complied and said id go wait, so i waited patiently outside. The rep then came out 10minutes later to tell me the order was blank? That tehy wouldnt be able to help me but i could call customer service to cancel the order, place the order with them and pay an additional 120$ worth of taxes (my original order was free... so im not sure why i would pay anything more or why anyone would?)
I called customer service, who then asked to speak to someone at the store. I gave them my phone, they spoke together for a breif period. (This was after i had gone back into the store, stood there, the manager waited a full 5-10 minutes before even acknowledging i was standing there... )
after speaking together they said yeah they couldnt help i would have to pay for tazes again my original order was free and i wasnt doing anything special, i wasnt asking for an exception i simply just placed an upgrade online, which asked if id like to pick it up at the store, and provided me that location for pick up.
this was an absolute terrible experience that wouldve been so much better if there was just an OUNCE of customer service but clearly they did not give a crap. just terrible.
