  Ruben assisted me, but it was not a good experience. When assisting with my trade in, I had a question about the eForm I was signing- he took it upon himself to be rather invasive through my phone .. taking it upon himself to clear out some of my open apps (?) and quickly & strangley browsing my home screens etc … I found it highly inappropriate & unprofessional. Then when I asked to purchase a screen protector, he once again took it upon himself to go through my settings when he could’ve verbally asked me which device I owned. Then he sold me the entirely wrong screen protector to top it all off which I had to get refunded. Very off putting experience

  Super straight forward and good service. Upgraded for newest model phone while getting great trade in value for old phone. Bought the new phone outright upfront and kept the new bill as low as possible

  Came to Verizon a month ago to get the Iphone 17 since I damaged my old 16 pro max. I make sure I qualified for the plan and that the price was reasonable before I came. This is my first time having a traditional phone plan as I came from Mint Mobile. I told the guy that I wanted to trade my phone in so I wouldn’t have to pay on the new phone. He told me that I can keep my 16 pro max and come in so I can do the port transfer so I can transfer my old number to Verizon. Well I take a look at my bill and I see that I’m having to pay for the Iphone 17 pro max in addition to the line I had so my bill is over $100 when it was supposed to be around $90 a month. I understand that these guys are trying to get a sale but I’m upset since I will have to be paying on the phone for 3 years. I also did some research and found out that there’s a student discount with Verizon as well that I had no clue about till a couple days ago when I was paying my bill. I could have gotten a better rate but nope I’m screwed into this plan now. I do love Verizon. The data is incredibly fast I’ve had one time where my phone was in a bad service so it was a little slow otherwise it’s incredible. To anyone else make sure you read the fine print before signing and possibly don’t go into the store to buy the phone.
