    I dont know what is happening with this location. I dont who's telling the truth or who's lying. I dont know if these employees are getting paid horribly that they have become desperate about making a sale so badly that they have to lie and not care about Verizons customers. First I was told I needed to trade my old phone for a newer one to get the Samsung Watch deal. Then they tried including a new line. I said I dont need a new line, I have 4 already. Then they said I didnt need a new line for the trade. I left the store to think about this decision. Came back a while later with my mind made up. Spoke to someone else, they confirmed I only needed to trade an old phone for a newer one to get the samsung watch deal. I said let's do it. THEN!! I was told I needed to get 2 new lines to get the watch deal. WHAT?! Again, I have 4 lines already. I just did an upgrade with them not long ago with two other phones and thats how i added a 4th line. Regardless, why are they telling me different things? Aside from that, everytime I got new information I was told different numbers on what my new bill would be. One was a few cents difference. Another was 6 or 8 dollar difference. And the final was 20 dollar difference on my bill. Ummm...what is happening here. What kind of people is Verizon hiring to represent them? This is terrible. All i wanted was the Samsung Watch and it turned into a whole thing that felt like I was talking to very shady people.

    I went to this Verizon store to make a claim for my phone, but they told me I had to go to uBreakiFix to make the claim. After arriving at uBreakiFix, they told me they were not allowed to make me a claim, stating that "Verizon frequently sends people here without claims, it's been an ongoing issue". I am very disappointed that I had to drive back and forth 3 different times just to get a claim through. I will not be returning to this Verizon store, and I will be ending my Verizon service so I can switch to AT&T. - Joshua Barksy III

    Worst customer service ever! Went in this afternoon to the store located on Tower Road, to potential switch from a competitor, and while it was a bit busy, not a single representative greet my husband or me. No one said “hi”, “welcome in”, “be with you in a few”, “go screw yourself, we are busy”, nothing. One representative was at the counter, not working with a customer, and he couldn’t even acknowledge us. Had the interaction gone better we may have potentially switched our five phone lines and two watch lines to Verizon. I will not be looking to bring my business to Verizon again.
