Not to keen on sending a message to anyone in paticular, The biggest Bait and switch company in existance. If you look at anyone with hidden fees you've found it. I can say with out a doubt I can afford what was listed at the sit down. and recieved a bill of $600 for my first one for 1 line. Traded in my Iphone 14 at the time and it was still super high. Turned around and went back returned the phone and went else where because they are over priced, Switch to one of the internet provider ones or prepaid becaue phones are a scam.

I am a 26 year customer of Verizon and I am truly considering a new provider due to the lack of customer service at this store and most likely any of their stores. The only help you receive costs $$. I purchased a new iPhone this morning and was informed to help me set it up would cost an additional $30.00. I did not have an additional 30 and said I would attempt it myself there at the store. My very gracious salesman answered a few questions for me and was reprimanded by the manager. This store would prefer you to struggle setting up your phone as the staff sits and plays on their own phones or chit chats with one another. All over and extra $30.00 fee. This is absolutely NOT customer service and leaves me wanting a new store and certainly one run by a Customer Service oriented manager!

CJ @ the Northfield location was on top of things. We were having a technical issue and didn't get very far with customer service after calling 4x's. He listened, offered solutions, and stayed on the line with corporate support. Unfortunately, we had to leave for another appointment but he did call to give us an update. It's not completely fixed yet but we will get there. ~ Thanks CJ!

Don't remember his name, bnt the associate with the short dreads was very helpful, knowledgable and kind without being pushy, He did his job perfectly. He knew exactly what to offer me and gave me exactly what I needed. He was a true guide, not just a salesman. I was there for less time than expected and truly felt valued. Great location.
