Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers. All of my search results continue to be for the hackers location.

If i could Give this place no stars i would ! This has to me the worst place to get a phone from.. My Boyfriend and i were looking for phones and because i didnt have a phyiscal ID (at the Time) They couldnt help me even tho i had my digital ID and this was TWO weeks ago . So Yesterday when i got my ID because i had no other choice if i wanted a phone So I decided to go back Something else became a problem They couldnt take my paper ID with my Digital ID.(AT THIS TIME WE WAITED AT LEAST A HOUR ON HOLD WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE THE REP COULDN'T PERFORM HIS JOB CORRECTLY & I STILL WASN'T HELPED) But while i was sitting there A Man next to me was able to walk out of there with a Ipad and a new Phone BY ONLY USING HIS DIGITAL ID. (Mind You Hes A Latino Guy Helping another Latino) I Feel Discriminated against because we are African American. The same day we went to another store and were able to get TWO Phones and TWO watches WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS NOTE I WENT THERE AND USED MY OLD TORE UP ID WITH MY COLORADO DIGITAL ID AND HAD NO PROBLEMS !
Terrible management and customer service. I would not recommend this store to anybody.

So we went to get new phones but were turned around because the ID wasn't available to scan and they weren't able to take the Colorado app. Now I just witnessed a latino man do the exact same thing but not only that I overheard their conversation and he was also a new customer that had ID problems, but instead of being turned around he was approved and got his phone while we had to go to the DMV wait for the appointments and come back just to witness this. I feel it's discrimination because we are black and the man was Latino being helped by a latino. When I went to speak to the manager he explained its on a case by case. And he tried to tell me that rep helped this man before and that's why he was able to use the Colorado ID app. So I don't know if it was because we're black or what but I don't appreciate the business the sale rep gave to us that day
