    The staff was nice but pushed for me to do the phone upgrade at home which just didn’t work so I had to go back. At least they helped me fix it but seemed like they wanted me gone as soon as possible.

    I went in for your promotion of “bring your billing and we will match it.” I was a T-Mobile customer on their military magenta pro plan so all in including tax and my three iPhones and four lines came to $105 every single month. I brought my bill in I converted to Verizon because you promised me that you would price match my bill. You didn’t even take in my my brand new condition phones for a trade-in because it wasn’t needed as part of the switch. Your associate looked me in the eyes and lied to me, looked me in the eyes and said my bill would be the same and my bill is 3x as much. Nobody is willing to help me fix this. Just excuses and zero attempts to make it right. I want whatever regional manager I need to speak to to get a refund to get compensated and have my bill corrected. That or I will bring my devices into your store you can take them, fully refund me, and I will go back to T-Mobile because I still have my brand new condition two year old iPhones and iPads. I don’t want fluff. I don’t want anything but you to admit that your store and associates looked me in the eyes and lied straight to my face and that you guys are ripping me off by charging me $300 a month when my bill used to be $105 a month. This is unethical and disgusting behavior by your company, your store, and your associates.

    CJ was awesome and provided excellent customer service! He quickly resolved an issue with my phone that I have had for more than a year. He was super friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location and CJ as a terrific associate!
