I had an amazing experience at the Verizon store in Cherry Creek Mall thanks to one of their team members, Nick.
If it weren’t for him, I honestly would’ve been completely lost, no one else was able to help me the way he did.
Nick solved every issue I had quickly, clearly, and with real professionalism.
He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely pleasant to talk to.
I’m honestly impressed! Denver needs more employees like him.

I made an insurance claim for a screen replacement on my google pixel. It was a minor scratch and nothing was wrong with my phone prior. I took it to the place that verizon told me to go which was called "You Break It I fix". The screen replacement tech broke my phone. When I got my phone back, it wouldn't even turn on. The screen was lifted and not put back together correctly. So, being a verizon customer I went straight to the cherry creek store to get help. Thye told me there is nothing they can do to help. I am fed up with Verizon and their insurance claim provider. Customer service is shit.

Terrible customer service, went in to upgrade my phone was told I would get $830 credit but they were out of stock on the phone and I could go to the Apple Store and pick one up, went to the Apple Store and they said they were not able to help me, went back and all of sudden my credit was down to $730, somehow lost $100. Was told that from the time I walked to a different store that the deal had changed. Was told to go online to get the deal and big surprise they couldn’t help me, asked to change my plan back to the original plan and then was told that wasn’t possible. Nothing resolved, original discount that I was promised gone, no phone in stock, and can’t change my plan back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced

Nick at this location went above and beyond to help me. I was having issues with my phone so I decided to upgrade my phone. But another location was giving me the run around and refused to help me. I ended up calling Verizon customer service but was still having issues. I ended up going to the Verizon store in Cherry Creek and Nick ended up helping me get my new phone. If it wasn't for Nick I would probably still be having issues. Thank you for all your help Nick!!!
