Give Stefan a raise and a promotion! During a tough and lengthy phone call with customer service, Stefan noticed that my husband and I weren't getting anywhere and offered to jump in. It took him 5 minutes to accomplish what we needed... he had us smiling and out of the store in no time! We were dreading the visit due to past frustrating experiences, but this one was easy. Thank you Stefan!

Sadly my experience with Verizon has been so bad that I do not think it could get any worse. I have had to go back into the store to get the credits they promised me 10 times over the last year and still have not got them. I have been given the phone numbers of multiple team members (Chris, Stefan and Jackson) and they all swear they will get me the credits and never do. I have waited over a year to leave this review but I have no other choice. The last time I was in there they promised everything would be fine as I told them I was leaving the state for good and could not come back. Chris then gave me his number and only answered to try to sell me on a new plan. Saying I’d get my credits right away if I got a new WiFi package for our new location that was opening a month later. Safe to say as soon as I got the new plan he stopped responding to any calls and texts. Again, I hate to leave bad reviews but my experience here has been awful and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I tried calling the number Verizon provided and it took me to a call center outside the US. This company has fallen apart. The Verizon stores and online order are two separate company with no accountability. Is there a real number to call to speak with an actual Verizon employee? Or do those not exist? Is your whole company third party contractors?
