    Do not recommend coming here my mom walked in so excited to activate her new phone for Christmas, and they unfortunately were ignored by all staff for a repeated amount of times while helping other customers who came in after them first. Very disrespectful my mom just ended up returning her phone. We will be going to a different service.

    Horrible service. They can’t be bothered. Walked in two reps weren’t busy and some one without standing up said how can i help you. They couldn’t find my order and told me to call customer service. Customer service is like an hour wait. Did you wanna know what the definition of apathetic is go into this store?

    Yesterday i was having a hard time getting a phone. i went to the Verizon In Northfield and they where giving me the run around and kept saying they couldn't do anything to help me. so i decided to travel to this location. And Guess What ! I Was able to get my phones. Kendrick Was so very helpful while helping me thru this process! This IS The Best Location, their friendly and they get the job done. i was able to walk out of there with Two Phones and two watches. I Recommend this Location to anyone who is looking for Phones ! Great Customer Service ! Thank You Again Kendrick For all your help !

    HORRIBLE! The worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Don't even make an appointment, you're still stuck waiting an hour behind all the people that walked in anyways. Theyre also not at all willing to help at all in any way to honor what the company has told you. Dont bother trying to call either, they've never answered the phones there to check up on if youre even able to be helped on time or not for your appointment. Edited to respond back: You don't strive to accommodate anybody correctly as there's an appointment system and it should be honored. The people without appointments, should've been told to set an appointment if they wanted to get helped at a certain time like the rest of the people smart enough to set an appointment. Furthermore, you'll NEVER be able to serve me better next time as I already switched to AT&T and got a brand new phone, with MUCH better service. I have multiple friends and family that are also taking their business from your horrible company and I plan to CONTINUE telling everybody what a terrible company you guys are running by lying and giving false promises. I'm taking everybody I can from your company for the nightmare I've dealt with because of your company the past week. STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON IF YOU WANT ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
