I was lied to about the services being added to my plan, the costs I was told in store are 3-5x more expensive on the bill. A Verizon rep was absolutely flabbergasted at what had been done to my account in order to more than double my monthly bill. It should have been a warning to me that the people sitting next to me were also having tremendous billing issues. Avoid this store at all costs.
