Worst company to be with and even worser customer service representatives I had a representative tell me one of her coworkers had gave out my current location while I was on the run from a abuses ex she said “it looks like My “ex husband” had called in and reported me as a missing person and requested for my current location” with that they just gave my information up with no proof no police report nothing I told her they put my current location at risk I was very upset then they allowed him to pulled two payments back after I already paid him in cash they over drafted my account and pretty much told me tuff shit and I would have to pay and till then they would continue to bill when even with the phone being off jumping from Comcast to them was by far the worst decision I ever made was with them for all of 4 months before I just told myself it wasn’t worth the fight my credit was sitting at 700 because of them my credit has dropped to the 500 because I refused to pay 4 month to get it current mind you when two months I had already paid them I’m still stuck on how they was able to take the two pass payments a month later after everything was said and done now I’ve them harassing me on a daily basis saying I own them almost 2,000 dollars I told them I will pay for the phone I took but that was it they told me it wasn’t good enough and I had to pay the full balance or my credit will drop they refused to take the money for just the phone now I’m refusing to do anything because I only own them 690 ish for the phone then I thought about how they put my life and living situation in danger after my ex kept log into my account the people in the store begged me to change providers and they understand it was gonna effect my credit but at least I wouldn’t have to continue to deal with my ex getting into my account mind you I NEVER been married never had him in my phone account so why they thought it was okay to do that is crazy disrespectful now I’m looking to sue 🤷🏽♀️

If you’re forced to go into a Verizon store, go to a different one. These children, salespeople, look like they were right out of high school and acted like it too. I suppose Verizon doesn’t train customer service anymore. Two, not one but two, very young men were defensive and literally was like well I didn’t do it. I suggest something like I apologize someone told you that and pretended to help but these kids were 🤷♀️ so defensive, so taking it so personally and unprofessional. Tweedle Dee and tweedle dum.

JUST the challenge of making it to these Verizon stores is difficult (usually involves parking in a shopping center and/or walking through a mall). Once in you’ll receive nothing even near “welcome or a greeting”. Literally confronted with a “why are you here?” by several employees (one specifically SPECIAL individual named ‘Terrell?! REALLY kicks it home with how indignant and inhumane in “treating” people in general much less customers. It’s very apparent these people (and specifically this so called employee) would rather be anywhere else than to even willingly provide ONE shred of service (or even really be bothered to look you in the eye!), nonetheless be helpful or tell you anything truthful. It’s beyond a bad experience edging on truly being one of the worst customer “service” experiences we’ve ever had. This company seems to truly be designed to be as DIFFICULT as possible in every single appearance and feature Thanks for the waste of time and headache. Excuse me while I go bleach my soul 🤕.. Contemptuous and dehumanizing experience ALL around !!!! ….

I received 4 phones from Verizon today and went to this store to upgrade 2 of them. One guy was sort of helpful but didn’t really bother to do his job, meanwhile 5 other employees were sitting around in the back of the store laughing and playing on their own devices. I was told to call Verizon customer service because they didn’t want to do their job. Very frustrating. You would think you can walk in the brick and mortar store and atleast they would mediate between the customer and customer service. Unbelievable waste of time. 6 employees and not one had a clue how to do basic operations. Highly disappointing.
