- KGKayla GOct 14, 20251.0So, I have gone here for years with my kitty cat. My kitty is currently rooming with my parents because reasons, but she always has food, litter, etc., and is indoor only. My mom took my cat because I needed a break from work and life. Apparently, that was a mistake. Last year's exam: clean bill of health for my girl. This year's exam: periodontal disease and needs a $2200 tooth extraction. Different doctors, and I will be seeking an answer as to why Dr. Oberman said my cat was fine and Dr. Crawford disagrees. Pet insurance is great, I have it, but it reimburses you and no one has $2 grand just on hand for a pet emergency, not when they have bills, rent, and a vehicle. I will be taking her elsewhere if it turns out she needs the extraction and I probably will be changing over vets because this is ridiculous. They also, that I can tell, do not upload their notes into the portal so you can even see how/why the doctors may have reached different conclusions. Maybe I am picky... but that was Espresso's last visit there.

They were understanding about the mixup and able to accommodate me quickly. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and very knowledgeable! I would absolutely return here if I was looking for a new veterinarian.
