- AAAlina AeroDec 17, 20251.0Total Verizon is a complete scam. They try to charge people twice for the same service, and if you don’t pay again, they immediately deactivate your phone service. This feels intentional and predatory, especially toward customers who rely on their phones daily. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. I personally witnessed a new employee kicking customers out of the store for absolutely no reason. It was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable behavior. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually treats customers fairly and honestly.
