After the long walk, a Geek Squad customer service associated asked me if I had a "ticket". "No ticket. I just have my computer that needs to be fixed". There was only another customer and said: "You have to get a tick. We don't deal with walk-ins. Come back another day!" What!!!!!???? Another walk in the middle of the winter. NO WAY.
