  Bestbuy built a community of people that can't work normal jobs or perform basic work duties. When trying to set an appointment they transfer you to a call center where people can't even pronounce your first name. The appointments are completely useless. They have employees standing around doing nothing while theres multiple customers (with appointments) waiting for hours. Its taken over 2 hours for me to drop a laptop off. They've had it for over a week and now I'm waiting again to pick it up. Pathetic customer service and horrible culture.

  I brought my MacBook to Geek Squad (worked with Aiden) for a stuck key. After they “cleaned” it, I found splatters of 99% isopropyl alcohol across my keyboard, and several keys started falling off. When I went back, neither the technician nor the manager would take responsibility and told me I’d have to pay to send it to Apple because there was a fee for Apple Care. They even tried to discourage me from going to Apple at all. I went to Apple anyway, and they immediately confirmed the damage was caused by improper cleaning. Apple repaired my MacBook for free because it was covered under my Apple Care, unlike what Aiden and the manager had said, and even noted that Geek Squad is known for causing damage and refusing accountability. Save yourself the stress—go to Apple directly. Do not trust Geek Squad with repairs, they will cause more damage!!!!

  This place is trash. Scheduled an appointment twice. Came in for my appointment from work. Lady said I need to schedule another appointment due to them needing to order the screen in. Which I understand. Well wouldnt you do that before having a customer schedule an appointment. Said this could of been in and ready day of appointment when I called in several days ahead.
