  The girl in red hair was so helpful she got me a good phone I was in a budget and she got me a phone within my budget I will be coming back and bringing my family to her

  I walked in wanting to activate my new phone. From the moment I walked in, the workers were not too happy to be working lol and received me with attitude. The worker (with red hair) was extremely RUDE. I questioned why she wanted to charge me $35 to activate it and another $25 for the eSIM card. Her explanation was not making sense and she become defensive so I walked away and she proceed to yelling at me. She should NOT be in a customer service position if she can’t help and serve customers properly! I recommend going to 2789 W Alameda Ave, Denver, CO 80219 instead, Cesar the store manger will hook you up and treat you nice along the way! Not only did he agree that the activation was only suppose to be $11 for the eSIM card, he complete waived the fee! Check out my review for that location they go above and beyond for customer satisfaction!! Raza!! Entre queriendo activar mi nuevo teléfono. Desde el momento en que entré, las trabajadoras no estaban muy contentos de estar trabajando, jaja, y me recibieron con actitud. La trabajadora (con el pelo rojo) fue extremadamente GROSERA. Le pregunté por qué quería cobrarme 35 dólares por activarlo y otros 25 dólares por la tarjeta eSIM. Su explicación no tenía sentido y se puso agresiva, entonces me alejé y ella procedió a gritarme. ¡¡Ella NO debería estar en un puesto de servicio al cliente si no puede ayudar y atender a los clientes adecuadamente!! Recomiendo ir a 2789 W Alameda Ave, Denver, CO 80219 en su lugar, ¡César, el gerente de la tienda, te conectará y te tratará bien en el camino! No solo estuvo de acuerdo en que la activación solo se suponía que era de 11 $ para la tarjeta eSIM, ¡sino que renunció por completo a la tarifa! ¡Echa un vistazo a mi reseña para esa ubicación, van más allá para la satisfacción del cliente!

  Jenny is the kindest, more respectful person I have ever interacted with. She handles herself with perfect decorum, has high levels of professionalism, problem solves, and uses her resources well.
