- RFRosa FloresAug 29, 20253.0I was there a month ago to start a new line they were patient and helpful. I asked to be put on the autopay plan and he said EVERYTHING was set up. I asked him if I was paying 50$ on the first month he said yes, but I was set for the next month. A month later. I keep getting messages that I owe my phone bill. I called the store and she said I had to call service line or go into the store to check. She couldn't tell me over the phone. I signed into the site. I was not signed up for autopay. So instead of paying 45$ which is there promotion, I again paid 50$. If I had to sign up online, or if you couldn't do it. SAY THAT.
