  DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM HERE ONLINE I got the iPhone 13 Pro max online and I got some insurance to go with it since I'm already an existing customer and I received the phone 2 weeks later and not to mention that it came in broken and then when I tried to go return it and say it came in broken they said that they couldn't do anything big from their side because they said it wasn't their fault but it came from that store specifically and when I asked for my money back cuz I paid about $600 the lady laughed in my face and said you can't get your money back so I just took my business elsewhere to another cricket and they gave me my money back and another phone this place ain't worth nothing take your money take your business elsewhere

  I came here to purchase a new iPhone for my brother for his birthday. Heidi (I think that’s how you spell it - she was the manager I believe) helped me and walked me through the new financing option and was so sweet! She made the process so easy for me and helped me select a better deal for what I was wanting. I would go back for service just to get help from her! She was very genuine and had the best energy.

  UPDATE: The headset they gave me as a replacement does not work at all as of this morning. I used it once for a phone call and once for Pandora. Plus, I asked that a supervisor call me when I called customer care about the fact that they gave me earbuds that do not retract. I was told they would call me back within 24 hours, it has been 48 with no call. Now, I will be canceling my account and moving to a competitor. Thanks to this Franchise store and they lack of action from customer care over the year. Customer since 2003 - OUT! Buyer beware!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THIS STORE! Horrible customer service and a horrible store manager. I now have a headset that does not retract so I can't put it in my purse without causing damage. I came back to the store to show them within 15 minutes of the exchange and was told as I said before I can not return it because they already returned it, which was because the first one did not work. I believe the women gave me a returned headset to make it feel like they were being gracious knowing they won't return it again and that it did not work. She even said she put my other one back in stock. Like going to resale it to someone else? Appalled at the way I was treated...being talked back to by employees while store manager was helping me just to name one issue. Stay away from this store!!!
