- LRLia Romero2 days ago1.0DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM HERE ONLINE I got the iPhone 13 Pro max online and I got some insurance to go with it since I'm already an existing customer and I received the phone 2 weeks later and not to mention that it came in broken and then when I tried to go return it and say it came in broken they said that they couldn't do anything big from their side because they said it wasn't their fault but it came from that store specifically and when I asked for my money back cuz I paid about $600 the lady laughed in my face and said you can't get your money back so I just took my business elsewhere to another cricket and they gave me my money back and another phone this place ain't worth nothing take your money take your business elsewhere

Heidi (I think that’s how you spell it - she was the manager I believe) helped me and walked me through the new financing option and was so sweet! She made the process so easy for me and helped me select a better deal for what I was wanting. I would go back for service just to get help from her! She was very genuine and had the best energy.
