Don't ever come here for anything repair or service related. They are absolutely incompetent when it comes to diagnosis and repairs. I took their advice and order new parts for my PC that I later found out wasn't the actual issue and it was something completely different.

The sellers was so unfriendly and mostly of them not even know what they’re selling. I ran the store back-and-forth because the sellers not even know where the stuff is in the store. I think the store is ready for close down. I will never go back.

Best Buy Customer Relations Team, I am writing to formally document and complain about my recent delivery experience with Best Buy, which reflects some of the worst customer service I have encountered. I purchased an LG television on December 7 and scheduled delivery for December 15 due to a demanding work schedule. On the evening prior to delivery, I received confirmation that the delivery window had been narrowed to between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. On the day of delivery, I received a notification stating the delivery was early and on the way. Using the tracking feature on your website, I saw the delivery truck listed as seven minutes away, then three minutes away. Shortly thereafter, I received a brief phone call from what appeared to be the delivery driver. The call consisted of a mumbled word before disconnecting. A few minutes passed with no delivery. When I returned to the Best Buy website, the delivery tracking had disappeared entirely, and my order now showed that no delivery was scheduled that day. From that point forward, I spent the remainder of the day contacting multiple Best Buy customer service representatives and phone numbers—many of which were incorrect or unrelated. I was repeatedly given conflicting information, including: - Being told no delivery was ever scheduled - Being told the TV would arrive by 7:00 PM - Being told the TV would arrive by 4:00 PM - Being told I needed to reschedule - Being transferred or redirected to phone numbers that had no information about my order It was not until much later, after contacting yet another representative, that I was finally informed the delivery truck had broken down earlier in the day and that delivery was never going to occur. At no point was I proactively notified of this issue, despite spending the entire day waiting and checking for updates. While I understand that mechanical issues happen, what is unacceptable is the complete lack of communication, inaccurate information from multiple agents, and the inability of anyone to provide clear answers or accountability. To further compound the issue, I was told Best Buy would “compensate” me for the wasted day. I was later informed that the compensation amount would be $9, which I found insulting given: - An entire workday lost - The need to set aside another day for rescheduled delivery - Hours spent on the phone - Repeated misinformation - A promised manager callback that never occurred (I was told I would receive a call within 20 minutes on December 15; it is now January 2) I ultimately received my television on the rescheduled delivery date, but the experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and unlikely to purchase from Best Buy again. I am requesting: 1. A proper review of this incident 2. Meaningful compensation that reflects the inconvenience and service failures 3. An explanation as to why a manager callback was promised and never delivered I hope Best Buy will take this feedback seriously, as this experience falls well below the level of service I expected from a company of your reputation.

I went to the store and walked around unhelped for about 30 minutes before I left and decided to purchase my item online. I return later to pick up my online purchase via curbside pickup only to find that a $600 PlayStation 5 that was given to me was already opened. I explained that this was unprofessional and was uncomfortable accepting an item that had already been opened and possibly returned by somebody else. I have to take that item back inside the store and have it exchanged for a new item where I was looked at suspiciously like somehow this was my fault. The worker explained that many of the boxes come opened already and I told them that was unacceptable and unprofessional and I needed a sealed container. Fortunately I was able to replace it for a sealed PS5 box. I definitely won't be returning here.

Honestly I’d prefer to give 1/4th of a star if I could. I made an order for in-store pickup (item said to be in stock, and available within the hour) just to be left hanging for the entirety of the hour, only to be told on the minute that the item was no longer available. I understand things are hectic around the holidays having worked retail myself, but big box retailers should in *all* cases absolutely be expected to keep up with their inventory systems. If and when they aren’t kept up to date and accurate, customers get slighted. This falls entirely on management (not the teenagers getting exploited for minimum wage) as they should be double and TRIPLE checking to make sure that their inventories are accurate. When told that my item was no longer available, I had selected to refund. I received an email afterward saying that I would get my money back in 3-10 business days. I mean, seriously, if you’re not going to keep inventory up to date, at *least* place money from pickup orders on a HOLD until the item is picked up. This seems like it should be common knowledge, but obviously for BB it isn’t. Having seen the smorgasbord of other awful reviews regarding this location, I’m not surprised. Maybe this falls on me for not checking to see if corporate is keeping their stores in good shape, but I feel that that’s neither the case, nor the consumer’s responsibility. Again, I only find a few pairs of shoulders that this rests on. One being the location specific managers’ for not keeping their stores’ systems accurate, and the second being the people’s who oversee said managers. All in all though, this is just another awful review in a *sea* of awful reviews, which a lazy corporate team will see, shrug at, and move on after reading half of. But who knows, maybe BB will go bankrupt in the coming years and Thornton/Broomfield will get a Microcenter in it’s place. Here’s to hoping!
