Store manager tells me that my son needs to be age 13 in order to buy I’m beyond furious because he was literally the only kid in line! For Pokemon age 6+ And he way not able to buy his own box I really hope this manger gets in trouble for this it’s absolute bullshit! I can’t believe they don’t let kids buy a kids card game!

My boyfriend got me a $500 oura ring for my birthday, which is now too big due to weight loss and it’s giving me inaccurate data. Oura has a program where you can trade in your ring and they will send you a smaller size. Best buy would not honor this program and the manager was EXTREMELY rude. They do not honor manufacturer warranties of ANY of their products- do not buy anything from here, they do not care and will not help you.
