I'm really disappointed with this brand; I don't recommend it at all. Their customer service is terrible, and their support is even worse. I bought an Oura ring, which I also don't recommend, and it only lasted 3 months before it broke. Now neither Best Buy nor Oura will take responsibility for it, and I spent $545 on it. Best Buy says that if it didn't break within 15 days, they won't do anything about it. Everything about this store is terrible; I don't recommend buying anything here because the brands don't stand behind their products, and Best Buy only offers a 15-day warranty.

Took my laptop in a while ago to their geek squad. They fixed my initial issue but now my laptop is impossible to open. I have tried several times over months to get the back plate off to clean it. Multiple screws are stripped which they weren’t before I took it to them and another is completely stuck and off center and cannot be taken out; can see it wasn’t put back in properly as it clicks any time you try to unscrew it but it never moves. and others are stripped and can’t be taken out and have to be lifted out with tape or a magnetized item. Now I am worried if I try to get it out my laptop will be permanently damage. Can’t clean my laptop properly now and it is stuck getting dustier and more damaged as time goes on from lack of ventilation.

This place is terrible. We bought one TV that was a open box in excellent condition and dude told us they are usually returned because people don’t like how big they are ect but the thing literally had a white spot on the screen and was clearly dropped. Then we bought a second TV brand new unopened box and it had some sort of graphics issue that we tried everything to fix. I told someone at the store about it and the guy looked at me annoyed and nonchalantly pretty much said yeah it probably was dropped. Such a big waste of time and money. I will never purchase anything from this Best Buy ever again.

We needed to buy a new microwave oven since our old one quit. We researched on-line for a couple of days and settled on Best Buy because the web site indicated that the model of their own brand we would purchase was available in the store on Mexico Avenue. When we got there, we were welcomed and directed to the area where those appliances were on the shelves, except for the one we would have purchased. Eventually an employee came by to enquire what we needed and we pointed out the empty spot on the shelf and showed him the print-out from their web site. He scanned the shelf tag, shrugged, and said that model was no longer on display (which we could clearly see, given the empty shelf with the shelf tag still visible). We asked him if he would check to see if there were any available in the store. He somewhat reluctantly said he'd go and check "in the back." After over five minutes, I decided he wasn't coming back, even to tell us there were none available, but the stalwart person I was with remained for another ten minutes, then finally gave up and left as well. I don't know why we even thought to go to that store, since almost the exact same thing happened several months ago when we went there looking for some other small appliance. Abandoned on the sales floor once more--for the last time--it just reminded us of our previous experience and the bad taste it left then. We drove home and resumed our on-line search, found another store, called them, and were very satisfied with their response. We will certainly shop there for small electronics in future. Never again, "Best" Buy....

Awful experience over all. Terrible customer service, product quality and also terrible paid -warranty. I purchased a coffee maker Dec last year under their special deal and also purchase extend two years warranty . The coffee maker was out of electric power supply in the end of Sep this year. I took it back and expected I can either get repair of get a substitute one since I purchase extend warranty. Unfortunately,They told me that this model is out of stock so they can only give me the money back through their Bestbuy store credit. After that I found that, They have the same model (same style and same function ) in their showroom with the ORIGINAL price so I go back to customer service again. The store manager insist the SKU number is different and what I purchase is last year not this year so it is different one. What kind of ELECTRONIC store is while you offer ‘’warranty ‘’ for customer TO PURCHASE (not free…ok) and you can’t repair it and also refuse client to get the same model just produce in different year(different SKU). When I get totally frustrated with what kind of service they can provide, I only request to refund the money to my card and I don’t want store credit due to poor quality of product and unprofessional PAID warranty they provide. The store manager also refuse that. After speaking to my friend who purchase a cell phone from them, that cell phone broken less than a month. They said it is broken with 14 days, they can take it otherwise They can’t do anything even repair .what kind of ELECTRICAL store it is !! Who sell a cell phone that only have less than ONE month life…Poor quality of the product they sell and They are not responsible to fix the problem at all…Never Purchase anything from BEST BUY….their store name should ‘’AWFUL SELLER’’
