We talk for a little bit and I ended up getting a few things the sad part is she is only part time and so it will probably be hard to get her to help you but if you are lucky enough to come across her you will have a really good experience and she will make you feel like she really appreciate you and care about what you are looking for. Thank you for being so kind

Upon arriving at the department we were quickly engaged by an employee who helped us find what we needed. A quick stop at Geek Squad and we had all the details neccesary for our purchase. Overall great experience.

Over in the TV section, the young man came over and helped us, as we gave him a list of our wants. He pointed out various brands and what made them different from the others. We ended up buying an LG, but had to pick it up at a different store, as they didn't have any in store at this one. But the young man here rocked at customer service. At the other store, we were also greeted kindly and directed us to the pick-up window. The gentleman there made it quick and painless to get the new TV and recycle our old. Amazing Best Buy...good job!!!!
