    I tried to reschedule my appointment and reached out both by phone and through the chat/messaging system. After 30 minutes I’ve tried different ways to get through, I canceled out of frustration. Very disappointing.

    I have to say I really did not like this place at first but I came across a young lady name Mav you know how they keep coming up to you asking if you they can help you, she was very nice about it and I felt that she was very sincere about that she wanted to help not just asking. We talk for a little bit and I ended up getting a few things the sad part is she is only part time and so it will probably be hard to get her to help you but if you are lucky enough to come across her you will have a really good experience and she will make you feel like she really appreciate you and care about what you are looking for. Thank you for being so kind

    LP was oddly aggressive for a Wednesday at noon. I'm sure you guys have a customer profile that shows I've been to best buy a million times without shoplifting. LP made a solid product recommendation though 👍

    Store was clean. Easy to navigate. We were met at the door by a friendly individual who helped guide us to the right department. Upon arriving at the department we were quickly engaged by an employee who helped us find what we needed. A quick stop at Geek Squad and we had all the details neccesary for our purchase. Overall great experience.

    Entered Best Buy and was instantly greeted with a welcome and how they could help us. Over in the TV section, the young man came over and helped us, as we gave him a list of our wants. He pointed out various brands and what made them different from the others. We ended up buying an LG, but had to pick it up at a different store, as they didn't have any in store at this one. But the young man here rocked at customer service. At the other store, we were also greeted kindly and directed us to the pick-up window. The gentleman there made it quick and painless to get the new TV and recycle our old. Amazing Best Buy...good job!!!!
