Can't even tell you if they have something in stock. I hope every employee has to speak to 8 people with their next problem to figure out that they can't figure it out.

Intereacting with Apple is starting to feel a bit like calling my insurance to cancel a policy…
Was told to come in for my new AirPods which weren’t working after trying to solve it thorough their customers service on two calls.
Then, after a long time there they said they need to ship them out to solve the problem and they cannot replace in the meantime.
Leaves a customer with two phone calls, a stop in, and waiting to ship back and forth just to get a warranty issue fixed.

The Apple Store is more than just a place to shop — it feels like a beautifully designed experience. The space is stunning, with a modern aesthetic that somehow brings the outdoors inside. Between the natural light, clean lines, and incredible views of the city and surrounding mountains, it’s a place you actually enjoy spending time in.
What truly stands out is the team. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and the store is always well staffed, so you never feel rushed or overlooked. A special thank-you to Wos, who went above and beyond helping me understand international phone options as I prepare to move from the US to the EU. His patience, clarity, and care made a complicated process feel effortless.
Their in-store pickup is also excellent — reliable, quick, and seamless with great communication throughout.
If you’re looking for a smooth, stress-free experience in a beautiful space with a team that genuinely wants to help, this store is absolutely worth checking out.

We have had positive experiences at this store every time we visit. I was able to get my refurbished phone set up with very helpful service from Cora (or Kora) as I’m not sure how she spelled her name. She was patient and kind and worked with many guests simultaneously. The process was very easy and took less than 45 minutes to get everything accomplished. I also noticed that they had Spanish and English speakers available.

Apple Store Cherry Creek – Poor Customer Service Experience
I visited the Apple Store at Cherry Creek around 11:25 AM with my boyfriend to address an ongoing issue with my new iPhone 17 Pro, which I purchased just three days ago.
The day before, I had already come in because the phone was freezing and failing to download content properly. I was told the diagnostics showed everything was fine and that if the issue happened again, I would need to wait two weeks before returning. Unfortunately, the problems continued, and waiting two weeks for a brand-new phone is not reasonable.
When we arrived today, a staff member with long hair helped me scan a QR code for my Apple account and told us to “go to the side and someone will help you.” We assumed we were already checked in and in the queue. We waited for almost two hours before anyone followed up. Eventually, another employee asked for my details and told us we were still four people away in the queue, which meant another 30 minutes of waiting.
By this point, we were extremely frustrated and hungry. When someone finally checked the phone again, they said the diagnostics still showed everything was fine — even though the phone clearly is not working properly.
Since it had only been three days since purchase, I asked if I could exchange the phone. I was told I could, but I would need to go back to the front. Once there, I had to explain the entire situation repeatedly to multiple employees who kept asking the same questions without actually helping. Instead, they just kept telling us to wait again for an unknown amount of time.
I explained that the phone was financed through a third party and that I was willing to proceed with the exchange regardless, but they still could not give a clear solution and wanted us to continue waiting.
After being in the store from 11:25 AM until 1:45 PM, with no resolution and extremely poor communication, I finally gave up and left.
This was a very disappointing experience. The lack of organization, unclear check-in process, long wait times, and repetitive questioning made the situation far more stressful than it should have been. For a brand-new phone and a company known for customer service, this experience was unacceptable.
