- NGNicholas GorkesNov 3, 20252.0Avoid the Genius Bar. Came in for a battery replacement for my iPhone and after few weeks the screen started popping out of the phone. Came back again to have them glue the screen back down. They ended up cracking the back glass and replacing a bunch of parts that were perfectly fine before. After waiting for an hour after when the phone was supposed to be done I got it back to find it was clearly rushed out the door. Bluetooth would not stay connected properly, it was running hot and the auto backlight was not working. Instead of wasting my time again I just traded the phone in and got a new one. Sales was 10/10 as always.

If you want to be separated from your laptop for longer than necessary, have to call multiple times to give consent and your password so they can work on it, be reassured that they will fix it and still not get it fixed, then the Cherry Creek Apple store is the one for you. I've wasted more calls, time, and energy, trying to get my laptop fixed so that I can pick it up. And as of today, I still don't have my laptop.
