- ERErnesto RodriguezMar 30, 20261.0Be cautious when paying with cash at this location—always ask for a receipt. My father paid his bill in cash, but the cashier apparently pocketed the money. His account then showed as overdue, and when he returned to explain the situation, he was told he still had to pay the bill again. The manager said she would review the security footage, but we never received any follow-up. What’s most concerning is that situations like this can take advantage of elderly customers who may not realize what’s happening or how to resolve it. This location and it’s employees needs to be held accountable and ensure proper handling of customer payments. Very disappointing experience.
