Absolutely terrible experience at Apple Cherry Creek. I went in on March 26 to get my iPhone replaced. I was clearly told it would take 3–5 days and that I would receive an email notification when it arrived. That email NEVER came. No update, no follow-up, nothing. I waited until April 6 — the day of my international flight — and still heard absolutely nothing. Because of their complete lack of communication and accountability, I was forced to travel with a broken phone that barely works. To make things worse, I have AppleCare, which is supposed to guarantee better and faster service. Instead, it made absolutely no difference. What’s the point of paying for premium support if you get treated like this? This is unacceptable for a company like Apple. Poor service, zero communication, and no sense of responsibility toward customers. Completely unprofessional. I will not be coming back.

Deadnamed out loud in a room full of people for zero reason... Do better. Worth mention that in my two hours sitting in that room, there wasn’t another person who’s name was called out loud. I guess if you’re trans you aren’t supposed to use the Genius Bar

I went in and was given my phone back with nothing synced and without access to my phone number. I can't get my service on my phone because I can't get into my apple account because I don't have my phone or sim card because the people at the store gave me the wrong information. It's been two hours and I can't get any help until 10 am but work at 8. All of this could have been resolved in 2 minutes if I could have gotten a verification from my device while in the store. Instead, I was told to call my provider from a phone that they knew I couldn't call from. I just needed to download my provider's app which I could do from wifi and signing into my apple account which I could have done right then and there.

Ordered a very expensive MacBook Pro for in-store pickup. There was some sort of glitch in the pickup system on Apple’s end, my order kept disappearing, and ultimately I wasn’t able to pick it up. The employee who was “assisting” me was almost actively unhelpful. The “solution” they had for me was to cancel my order and buy it again from him. This wouldn’t work for a number of reasons, mainly that I had used apple financing to pay for said MacBook and returns/refunds aren’t instantaneous. They didn’t ask for additional management help or attempt to make up for this huge inconvenience in any way at all. Now, I have to wait for my refund and start the entire process over again (which had already taken a month). I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for any store of any kind before but as a former employee I know Apple used to be a lot better and paying this much for a service to be treated like that by some dude decked-out in sterling silver jewelry just isn’t worth it. I will simply never shop there again.
