The first time we went in, Aspen and Heather went over and above to call V and try to fix. The agent on the phone spent more than 90 minutes, then when we checked our account, she had done nothing. Went back to your store and Heather remembered us and proceeded to assist us and us to contact the fraud division. Can’t thank your staff enough. Hoping this will now be resolved with their help.

But today, my third time in the store, the young girl who "helped" me saw my grey hair and assumed I new nothing of electronics. That it was my fault. Talked down to me, (rude), and condescending. I'm an avionics tech who's worked on f16s, f4s, 767s, 757s,737s, 727s, dc10s, dc8s. Know a little about electronics. So, I suggest, if you deal with this store, wait til Heather is in. The rest are there for a paycheck.

I didn't check my bank statement until it was too late to contest the charges so I was stuck with a ridiculously, outrageously overpriced phone. LIARS!!!! You people should be ashamed of yourselves.
