    Heather was so accommodating. I am not very techy and she walked me through the process of getting a new phone. I played with the new phone for a few days. There were a few things I couldn't figure out so I went back to the store. Jackie took care of me and had those things working for me in the blink of an eye.

    Heather and Jackie were very welcoming and were excellent at helping me figuring out the best way to upgrade my phone, switch to a better/cheaper plan, and showed me the opportunities for better WiFi. Nailed it with customer service and in store hospitality! Thank you guys very much!

    We have had extreme issues with a Verizon phone rep that catfished my husband and sent out a brand new phone to a home we sold a year ago, after he repeatedly declined (we already have brand new phones). The first time we went in, Aspen and Heather went over and above to call V and try to fix. The agent on the phone spent more than 90 minutes, then when we checked our account, she had done nothing. Went back to your store and Heather remembered us and proceeded to assist us and us to contact the fraud division. Can’t thank your staff enough. Hoping this will now be resolved with their help.
